Fabulous services from Keith at Horizon Services. He explained everything so I could understand it and told me exactly the order in which everything would be done. He was so helpful to one who is not very plumbing savvy! I will def ask for him when we need more plumbing help.

[redacted]. was pleasant, eager to please and made some really nice suggestions with regard to putting in a faucet that was previously bought by me. His work ethic was superb and his knowledge about the faucet helped me feel better about my decision. I would certainly request him to come to my house again if I have a plumbing issue. What sealed it for me was when he said, "The most important thing is for the customer to be happy". Now that is something you don't hear often……think I just found my plumber -- kudos to Horizon for finding this guy

Technician was very courteous, and knowledgeable of my HVAC system. He provided me with an excellent bullet point review of my system performance, and critical needs. He recommended that I meet with a sales person to review options, and help set up the appointment. All said, I ended up having a new A/C system installed. I look forward to the higher efficiency, and longer term savings.

Horizon Services is a reliable company with a great response time. Technician [redacted] was very helpful and explained everything. I highly recommend Horizon for heating services.

The technician that helped us out was very knowledgable. He answered every question I had. He made recommendations that were best for me. He told me step by step with what he was doing. He was very clean when doing maintenance in my house.

[redacted] and his apprentice Jonathan did a superb job on a very difficult replacement of a section of our inside main sewer line. They analyzed the job very carefully and worked so as to avoid any further damage to the line. Cleanup after the job was excellent.

Horizon Services Technician [redacted] serviced our heat pump and did an excellent job of checking, cleaning and explaining what he did and why he did it.

He was friendly, neat and careful of our system and home.

I would recommend him and Horizon Services.

This was our 1st time using Horizon Services. Both the heater and air conditioner were serviced. The service tech. was on time cordial and knowledgeable about our home's systems. **l (the tech) explained what he was doing as well as the service contracts Horizon offers. We are delighted with Horizon and our tech ([redacted]!

This was the second time Horizon has sent [redacted]. For totally unrelated issues and a good while in between. [redacted] was, same as the first time, one of the most professional people I have had work on my house.

Oh and he made easy work of a tough job.
