This is the second time we called on Horizon Services and for the second time we are more than pleased with every aspect of their service. My mom's heat went out and her regular service provider did not respond either professionally or timely. My husband suggested I call Horizon who had recently installed our HVAC unit. We had been waiting in the cold house five hours for Mom's regular service company with no idea of when they'd arrive, when we reached Horizon who had a serviceman available immediately to respond to our call.

[redacted] was cheerful, professional, thorough, and efficient. He fixed the problem and serviced the unit in less than an hour and the house warmed immediately. He made my day! Thank you Horizon Services for taking pride in your employees. They have pride in themselves, their work and their company, Horizon Services. It was once again a pleasure to have you all in my home. This is my first experience with this company and I am happy to say that I am more than pleased. [redacted] and [redacted] were the technicians that came out and they were terrific. They seemed like they worked together for years but then I learned it was more like a few days. Amazing! They were both very pleasant and very friendly. They were very respectful to myself and husband as well. They worked very professionally and did a wonderful job.

I am very pleased and will recommend these men to anyone in need of a plumber. [redacted] explained what needed to be done and why and the work is perfect. I commend your employees x1,000%!

Horizon/[redacted] arrived to my house on time! The service started out with pat putting on his boot covers even tho most of the house is under construction with remodeling projects. I TOLD HIM NO BUT HE STILL DID IT! I called Horizon to do a tune up on my heat pump. [redacted] was very efficient. We had a very funny experience. My 100lb German Shep. who you mid as well call a Cat would not go near pat at first but warmed up to him eventually. Well at the very end of the tuneup my dog jumped in [redacted]'s truck and was ready to go to the next call with him!

This company actually does what it claims. The commercials on KYW might be what get their customers, but technicians like [redacted] are what will keep them loyal. Donald was extremely professional and took all the time needed to do a very complete preventative tune-up on our heater. He also addressed my concerns about a humidifier that was improperly installed by another contractor who replaced our heater a few years ago. This is the second tune-up we had done by Horizon, so it was the freebie in the buy one, get the second one the year after free. We missed the pre-paid A/C tune-up last year, but they did call us to remind us, and allowed me to schedule it for next summer. It's great to know I have a company that I can rely on to service my heater and air conditioner reliably and on time.

We just had drain service provided by Horizon Services. Our Drain Technician was [redacted]. He assessed our situation professionally and succinctly, and solved our drain problem promptly. He was a pleasure to work with. Horizon must be pleased and proud to have such accomplished professionals in their employ.

I selected Horizon because of their TV and newspaper advertising. The service provided by this technician was exactly as promised by the ads. He exceeded my expectations for courtesy, industriousness, and thoroughness. He provided a complete explanation of the service my air conditioner required and made the necessary repairs at a reasonable cost for such service.

[redacted] is so helpful. He was on time. Wore his booties. Explained the problem, fixed it, and told me how to avoid the calcium deposit buildup and clogging that is occurring.

[redacted] was the technician that came to service my air conditioner. He handled himself very professional. He really took the time to really explain things to me, and point out issues as he noticed them. He gave me a better understanding of what could use replacing in my unit, why, and what could happen if this part should fail before it was replaced.
