I had a water heater that was leaking extensively, and called Hers and His Plumbing mainly due to the reviews. How good were they? On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11! Fantastic technician with a great personality as well as making sure that my family was 100% taken care of, then later that evening called us to make sure that all was good. They'll be the only plumber I use from here on!

Billy G[redacted] and Josh H[redacted] were both very professional, responsible and friendly. The work was done ontime and all questions were answered . I would highly recommend both guys and use them again.

I would like to compliment Hers and His plumbing for the great job they did in a time of need. After another plumbing contractor strung me along and wasted an entire Saturday before notifying me they were not coming, I called Hers and His plumbing the next day and they were very understanding and willing to help. I want to compliment the supervisor Troy, and the technicians Mike and Travis for how they handled the job. After the city cleared the blockage, Hers and His did a follow up visit and quickly finished repair of one of the initial problems. I will most certainly use this company whenever I have plumbing issues in the future.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I'm in the process of selling my home in Chattanooga. During the inspection, the garbage disposal was found to be inoperable. My home warranty company sent Hers and His Plumbing to fix the issue. Upon arrival, the Technician immediately said "Here is the issue, pulling out a small piece of plastic the size of a dime which came from the inside of a plastic lid). She removed the plastic and said all that is needed is to push the reset button and everything will be OK. For some reason, the reset button was up inside the lower part of the unit. I was basically accused of damaging the unit even though my wife and I had never used the garbage disposal since we owned the home. When the warranty company was called for the repair approval, she basically stated the unit had been abused (stated foreign objects in the trap and the reset button had been damaged).....even after I explained I flipped the switch a few weeks prior and the unit was still working. The warranty company refused to approve the repairs. Very poor analysis on her part of what the problem actually was....you could tell she didn't know what she was doing. Her analysis of what she thought the problem was, the call to the warranty company, and the payment fee took less than 10 minutes. I then made (4) separate calls to speak with the owner about my bad experience with his service technician. The last time I called, I was assured the owner would call me back with the contact information I left. Over 24 hours later, no response. UNACCEPTABLE! Your Technician training and diagnosis, UNACCEPTABLE! Your customer Service on return calls and resolving issues, UNACCEPTABLE! Accepting a $65.00 service call fee for the service rendered, UNACCEPTABLE!
