This plumbing company came to my home twice and did not fix anything. Then they mysteriously found a bread tie down my drain and said it's against our home warranty for them to fix my sink because that was a foreign object down my drain so they didn't fix my sink. I would not hire this company they are unprofessional. Also they canceled my appointment and didn't tell me after I took off of work which I find ridiculous and they still wanted me to pay them after they couldn't fix my sink.

I had Hers and His Plumbing at my home for a water heater issue. I was fortunate to have Mike as my technician. He was bright, articulate, friendly and professional. He show up during the time frame indicated by my appointment. He called before he arrived as I had requested.

He fixed the issue in a reasonable length of time. Obviously I am very happy with his work and will highly recommend your company based on Mike's excellent service

Too many people only call to complain when there is a problem. I think we as consumers should also take the time to let a company know when they have a employee giving exceptional service. Mike is excellent. You should him cloned.

Have used company several times as they continue to offer superior service. Appointments are made in a reasonable time frame, technicians are prompt, courteous and professional. And the most important factor to me..... I don't feel taken advantage of or over charged!

Service was quick and friendly. Only negative point was arrival half an hour after the three hour window. But, glad to have problem fixed!

I highly recommend Hers and His plumbing. They replaced my water heater for me. They were kind and respectful. They provided me with honest advice. I appreciated their honesty when they mentioned you can go this route, but you really don't need to, which saved me hundreds of dollars I don't need to spend at this moment. Also their pricing was fair for the work they do.

I would request Hers and His plumbing the next time I have an issue!
