because: Correct I have receive a voicemail and an email that stated " We received your complaint. We will respond to this complaint. If you have any questions please call". Well I don't have any questions. If Gerber wanted to discuss I think they should have been saying so. At no time, was mentioned that I need to call back to discuss this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: these statements are false. I received a response and had a coversation with Ryan Bachert on 1/17/18 but was told he has to forward it to his manager and wait for a response from them on 1/19/18. The marketing manager, Ed [redacted], responded back 2/1/18, but I was woth out internet for a few days and have responded once I was available 2/5/18.

We have attempted to contact the complainant multiple times via phone as well as email with no response. We have asked the complainant to reach out to us so that we can discuss their concerns and try to rectify as best as possible.

Gerber Collision and Glass has attempted to contact and work with the complainant to resolve their concerns. We informed the complainant on March 7th when they originally called in to discuss their concerns that we would be willing to review them if the vehicle was brought back in and the...
complainant stated they would think about it. Complainant has not answered our call or email commutation attempts.
We understand that Gerber Collision & Glass has been in contact with the complainant and working out the refund.
Gerber Collision has been in contact with the complainant to attempt to rectify this concern. Complainant took their vehicle to the dealership and was told that the damage to the rear defogger was done during the repairs at Gerber. Gerber Collision has authorized the repairs to the defogger by the dealer. We have also offered to replace the back glass at our cost, however this offer has been denied from the complainant.
We have been in contact with the complainant and have rectified their concerns. Per complainant they are now satisfied and has said that they will be retracting their complaint. We have also sent the complainant a gift card as a courtesy.

I am rejecting this response because: I am out 700.00 to properly attach my fender and to have the door aligned. I took it upon myself to fix the seatbelts, diagnose and fix the electrical on my rear door.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this portion of the complaint is acceptable. I am still requesting a refund for $400 (deductible) as Gerber clearly did not complete the repairs appropriately. My vehicle is currently at another auto-body shop (** * Auto Body) in Avondale where the damages done by Gerber are being repaired. My vehicle will also require new tinting as glass needed to b replaced-- this will be done at my [redacted] dealership.

The complainant has agreed to go to our Colorado Springs location to have the rework completed. Gerber Collision & Glass will be working with the complainant to make sure he satisfied.
