I am totally pleased with how Hansen Brothers handled our recent move from Seattle to Port Townsend. All of the people were excellent to work with throughout the process; e.g.estimate, communication, pick-up and delivery. The cost when compared with three competitors in Seattle was $800-$1600 lower and included details such as floor protection in our old and new home, taking apart and putting together furniture as required, and placing the furniture in the rooms. I would recommend Hansen Brothers Moving to my family and friends in a heartbeat. Proof that a companies longevity speaks of it's quality and service to their community. Thank you HB!

I have used Hanson Brothers for several moves and they are efficient, reasonable, professional. They are very organized if you need to store items. This time we moved my elderly father and the movers were very patient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Hansen Bros Moving and Storage is the only company I would ever choose to move/store my belongings. They are a pleasure to work with. Qualified employees who are friendly and efficient. This is my second move with Hansen Bros. and like the first time the experience was excellent end-to-end. Clear and timely communication, accurate estimate generation, and quality on-time on-budget work. Hansen Bros. is "The" go to company for all moving & delivery needs. This is the 2nd time using their services, and I cannot even begin to express my sincere thanks for the exquisite professional customer service. George at the Newcastle location was great with his oversight, as well as Bruce who took the initial email request to get things going. Then, a massive thanks to the brothers Nathan & Brett who did the delivery this morning. These gentlemen are tops and deserve great kudos for their amazing service! Thank you so much Hansen Bros.!

Hansen Brothers Moving , ***, and the "SIRVA" parent company really have no idea of what real customer service and CARE for personal property is about. What a horrible experience. There were so many things done poorly after the initial positive experience with the "sales person" who came to my house. Once my things were out of my house - the level of service, proper handling/security and ability to provide accurate and honest updates was out the window. I was lied to directly by their employees multiple times, the delivery date communicated to me moved 7 times - I have emails saying you are confirmed for this date - and when I asked to validate - the person called the driver and THEN told me there was another delay? I had significant damage and loss/theft that they provided a minimal payment for - really an insult payment. Thousands of dollars of loss and damage and a couple hundred dollars to cover it. And this doesn't include the damage I didn't report like furniture that came dirty and scratches and nicks on things. 2 matching pieces of expensive art from *** - gone. How is it that of all the art in a house, a matching set of framed art packaged separately by their employees is missing? A custom made four poster iron bed, dismantled against specific instruction not to take it apart - now pieces are missing and it won't go back together. No repair was offered. Just $60. When my things were delivered I was not allowed to check my items against the inventory list created by the lead at the time of the load. I was told specifically by the driver that he had already done that when he loaded me out of the warehouse? That doesn't seem right! Final commentary - they will respond and say I only had "basic coverage" - well no one from their company explained that "basic coverage" means we can damage and loose your things and do thousands of dollars of damage and only have to pay you $200. If someone had explained that "basic coverage means we can abuse, damage and loose your things, and not pay you what they are worth, I might have reconsidered the advice from the sales person"
The four guys involved in our move were very careful and efficient during the entire moving process. I was impressed by their teamwork.

Jordan, Jose, Jozmin, and Jerry were my moving crew. They were amazing!!! Fast, thoughtful with our belongings and home, as well as our new home!!! They had the best attitudes and made it so easy for the entire family!!! I will definitely be using them again!!!

Brad was the 1st moving and storage professional we spoke with who actually was willing to come to our home to view our belongings and the challenging parking area around our condo. He educated us, provided a contract quickly once we decided, and gave us a date. We asked for an earlier date if they had a cancellation, and it worked-we met with Brad on Tues and were able to move that Fri! George called exactly when Brad said he would, and Art, Ross, Ronald, Adam, and William were awesome! They were punctual, extremely careful with our furniture and belongings, asking questions and wrapping everything in blankets or shrink-wrap, depending on fragility, They were fast, focused and professional, answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable trusting them with everything. We would definitely request their services again, and are pleased to recommend them to others.

Nicole was friendly and efficient and helped me to plan in advance. She also responded to emails quickly and offered good suggestions. Our crew of Nathan, Art, Ross and Donald were terrific. They were careful with our things, while working quickly and efficiently. They were also very patient and were happy to move furniture at the move in sight as we changed our mind about where things should go. They were all fun to work with and easy to have in our home. We recently had Hansen Bros. move our furniture and belongings out of our house and into storage for a remodel and then back to the house when the remodel was finished. I highly recommend Hansen Bros. Moving and Storage for your moving needs. Our rep, Brad S., was responsive and thorough and the crew of 5 team members packing and unpacking were great to work with. There was a 1.5 hr. travel time to destination and crew maintained a terrific attitude through and through. Many thanks for providing a delightful experience.
