I don't agree with the decision because of all the issues I had at the office I deserve a refund of the fees because I was there at 1:that day and I get out till o'clock and also when she did the taxes the computer locked her out so that they messed up also they did not explain about the EIC credit because the IRS held it till February were she never explain that to me and I do not want no coupon for next year because I'm not ever going back to H&R Block I had a Enough with the mess ups that they do over there and I think it's the customers fault but not their fault i'm very surprised it took so long for H&R Block to to resolve this issue but they don't call the customer I will call back from H&R Block to discuss this matterSent from my iPhoneRegards,

us. We stand by those letters and refer Mr*** back to them. The lien notices that Mr.*** references were unavoidable because he failed to file tax returns for multiple years and also owed unpaid taxesAs we previously informed Mr***, the IRS automatically issues liens whenprocessing late-filed returns that show taxes are owed While H&R Block regrets having disputed positions with Mr***, as we also previously informed him, we disagree that H&R Block owes him a refundWe completed the tax preparation work for which he paid us. I am rejecting this response because: I was sent a refund in the incorrect amount (it should have been the full amount of $not $322. However, when I took the check to Wells Fargo Bank, the bank the check was drawn on, the bank could not cash the check as they said it was "bad" and not drawn on their bank. They suggested the check was fraudulent as it did not have a correct routing or check number, did not have H&R Block logo, and did not exist at all in their system. They suggested I report this fraudulent check to the police immediately.
