In 2014 I purchased a coin for over two thousand dollars. Then I found it three hundred dollars cheaper somewhere else. I called them to see what they could do. They said I could get a credit for it, but had to us it a hundred dollars at a time. I used it once over the phone with Jeffery. I called a couple of mounts later to buy a black eagle note for three hundred and fifty dollars. It wasn't Jeffery that I talked to. He couldn't find a credit, so tried back another time they didn't know him. I called customer service and talked to Josh he said he would research it a let me know. Waited two months still haven't heard from him.

DO NOT buy coins from this place!!! Ron [redacted] is a crook, swindler and a liar. My husband bought about 30,000 dollars worth of coins from this guy and they were really only worth about 5,900. He loves to call and sweet talk you over the phone and profess that he is a christian. My husband, unfortunately, was in a weak mental state and has a tendency to be coerced and manipulated by a bunch of bull about the coins being rare and valuable. For example, there was a Derek Jeter coin. He paid 4,000, but it is only worth about 500-600 dollars and there are tons of them on Ebay. Ron told my husband that there were only 50 ever made! Any coins they say are rare and valuable, do not believe them without asking a certified coin dealer. These people of GovMint.com are not professionals.

I ordered coins with signature required and they didn't make it because the USPS messed up. They re-sent the order and I received my order. Customer service is not dead.

We have contacted the customer regarding the Revdex.com complaint. We explained to her that when she placed her order and provided her debit card information for payment we had to confirm that she had sufficient funds to cover the amount of purchase. This generated...
an authorization on her debit card account which would hold the funds until the transaction was processed. Since the customer cancelled the order the authorization was cancelled and the funds were never deducted from her account. Please contact us with any questions regarding this matter.Thank you.
Customer’s credit card was not charged three times; it was not charged at all. Customer attempted to purchase the product on
windowtext;">www.govmint.com, and apply the SplitPay® option to pay for his purchase in three monthly installments. Customer’s credit card was declined multiple times; therefore, the product order was cancelled and product was not shipped. GovMint.com does not charge a customer’s credit card until the product ships, and in this case, the Customer did not receive the product because the order was cancelled due to declined credit card authorizations. If the Customer wishes to purchase the product in question, he is welcome to call GovMint.com Customer Service and place his order using a valid credit card number.
