Their advertising is untruthful They advertise coins at a specific price and refuse to honor that price Instead of giving a specific price they should just advertise the coins at a certain amount over spot

I first spotted ads for silver coins from Govmint.com in Sept on Facebook and took a chance with ordering (40) silver eagle coins They were mailed and received promptly I inspected each tube of and found them to be in nice brilliant shiny condition as advertised, clean and no smudges or stains I thought they might come in handy if we were ever in a future financial collapse and need something to barter with I understand that coin sellers have their markups for profit and I get it But I was not disappointed with the batch I purchased Of course I wondered if the coins are pure silver as stated on the minted coin You just wonder what you are buying sometimes Any possibility of buying fake or impure coins from dealers like this???

I ordered 5, 1 oz. Silver American Eagles from GovMint. They shipped at a fairly reasonable time, but when I recieved them and inspected the product, they were filthy. These rounds are completely stained. Tried using Silver Tar/Stain Remover and wont work. I can see finger prints all over these supposudly "Uncirrculated" 2015 Silver Eagles. They were a great price compared to other competitors but that was so disappionting to recieve them in that condition. I rather go to APMEX and pay a higher premium and know for a fact I will get flawless Eagles then pay less and get completely dirty coins. Take care of your products GovMint!!!

I am rejecting this response because:Company wants me to pay...

by bank wire even though that is not allowed for orders under $1000. Business has not provided a valid reason why they cannot accept a credit card for this order. Business placed an order on the phone with credit card on Nov 23 and then cancelled it 3 hours later.

We contacted and explained to the customer that the coin he purchased was minted by the US Mint.  We offered to send the customer complete documentation regarding the authenticity of the coin but he refused the offer.  We again contacted the customer and informed him that we...

I ordered 2 coins from Govmint.com on July 31st 2016. When I placed the order there was no indication in either of the product descriptions that either of the coins ordered would require a BACK ORDER time period. Weeks went by, and I found out that one of the coins was on back order and after a month of waiting and several e-mails back and forth, we finally got shipping confirmation sent to us. (Although to the wrong e-mail.) As of today (September 2nd) we still don't have the coins but Govmint has already got their $$$, and mysteriously, even though the coins shipped together in the same shipment; we received 2 different tracking slips with 2 different numbers that haven't posted an updated tracking status since August 31st some where in NC. Regardless of IF or when the coins show up, I will NEVER buy anything from these people again.
