I ordered 5, ozSilver American Eagles from GovMintThey shipped at a fairly reasonable time, but when I recieved them and inspected the product, they were filthyThese rounds are completely stainedTried using Silver Tar/Stain Remover and wont workI can see finger prints all over these supposudly "Uncirrculated" Silver EaglesThey were a great price compared to other competitors but that was so disappionting to recieve them in that conditionI rather go to APMEX and pay a higher premium and know for a fact I will get flawless Eagles then pay less and get completely dirty coinsTake care of your products GovMint!!!
We have contacted the customer regarding the Revdex.com complaint We explained to her that when she placed her order and provided her debit card information for payment we had to confirm that she had sufficient funds to cover the amount of purchase This generated an authorization on her debit card account which would hold the funds until the transaction was processed Since the customer cancelled the order the authorization was cancelled and the funds were never deducted from her account Please contact us with any questions regarding this matter.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Company wants me to pay by bank wire even though that is not allowed for orders under $Business has not provided a valid reason why they cannot accept a credit card for this orderBusiness placed an order on the phone with credit card on Nov and then cancelled it hours later
I ordered coins with signature required and they didn't make it because the USPS messed upThey re-sent the order and I received my orderCustomer service is not dead

We have been in contact with the customer regarding his complaint. We informed the customer of our return policy which is listed in the terms and conditions section on our website and in which a customer must acknowledge they have reviewed and agree to before moving forward with making a
purchase. We have communicated to the customer that we will honor his request to return the coins as a one time courtesy since he stated he was not aware of our return policy on this particular product.Thank you
All credit card charges at GovMint.com are submitted to a third party vendor, who evaluates potential business risk and fraud associated with all GovMint.com credit card purchases. As a part of this process, we were informed by our service provider that the business risk associated with the credit card purchase at issue was outside of the vendor’s acceptable range, and therefore would not be protected. Consequently, we contacted the customer and offered two alternative payment methods that we would accept from him: a bank wire that we would accept over the phone, and a personal check. The customer did not want to take advantage of either option. Accordingly, we canceled his order.Thank you

GovMint.com has good customer service,but they send out dirty coinsTwo times they have sent me a coin that is SUPPOSEDLY certified MS that had dirt and or fingerprints on the coinsBe careful what you buy from them and inspect it completely!!!!!
