Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information On October 31, 2005, you signed a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) for the purchase of the referenced Chevrolet Malibu. Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning on December 1, 2005. A review of your account reflects that your loan charged off on May 2, 2012, at this time the account was over days past duePlease note that at the time the account became delinquent, and upon charge off, GM Financial attempted collection efforts on the deficiency balance dueOn September 11, 2013, after no success for arrangements regarding the remaining balance your GM Financial account was outsourced to Vital Recovery Services with whom you reached a settlement agreementUpon receiving the final payment as agreed upon between you and Vital, your GM Financial account was closed and updated to reflect as settled in fullHowever, though the account has now been settled in full, it does not alter the previously reported credit bureau reporting of the account GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting. Should you have any additional questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact Vital Recovery Services at ###-###-####. Sincerely, GM Financial

Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information. As your February installment was due on Monday, February 1, 2016, your account is now into a new billing cycleThis is why you are seeing two
payments owed online, one for the past due installment for February 1, and the second for the current billing cycle due March 1, When you are making your payment online, you are shown the amount to be paid and given the option to edit any information on both the Payment Information and Payment Review Pages, prior to authorizing and making the payment. As per your Contract, if a payment is not received in full within days after it is due, you will pay a late charge of $or 5% of the part of the payment that is late, whichever is greaterPlease understand that this is not a grace period as this is a Simple Interest Contract, meaning that interest accrues on a daily basisWe apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedbackIf you have any additional questions or are in need of additional assistance, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-284-2271.Sincerely,GM Financial
