Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is not a true response in regards to my issue - the personnel at GM Financial are simply replying to let me know they are reviewing my complaint and that an answer will be sent as soon as the review is completed. This is the same tactic they used when they did not respond to the insurance claim - they gave me the run around until the car was sold. I wish to keep this complaint with the Revdex.com active/open until a true response is received that reflects a sincere, honest, fair review Regards, [redacted]

I do not agree with GM Financials response. In the first place there was missed payments, that was after the bankruptcy was filed and the statements stopped comingTrue they were not allowed to send them to me, but my husband was on the loan as a co-borrower and never once called him or sent him notices at any missed paymentsWhen I realized I missed one I would make it up as can be seen by the attached spread sheetThe amounts taken under the GM column are from their records, the amount in my column is from my bank statementsAs also can be seen by the spread sheet is that the total I paid into GM financial is $15,142.30, taken from my bank statementsAccording to their records they credited me with $14,When I take my payment of $x months of the loan that comes to $12,How can this be so far off?Again why didn’t they inform my co-borrower that A) the car was under a bankruptcy order, B) payments are not being made would you please make them, C) a repossession order has been placed do you want to pay to stop it? No correspondence at all until they repossessed the carThen they tell him he can buy it back for $12,+Or have to pay the difference if it sells for less than is owedI do not understand all of the laws but I do understand math and this does not add upThis is not a suitable response to my complaint Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with GM Financial on multiple occasions and have been the sole person responsible for trying to figure out why GM Financial can't find my moneyAt no point prior to this response has anyone from GM Financial indicated to me that they couldn't provide me with information regarding this leaseWhile I appreciate your interest in protecting the information contained within my wife's lease agreement, the writer of this response is apparently the only one who feels it's necessary to do soRegardless of your take on this matter, I was able to resolve this issue, and GM Financial is sending the money to me in check form, with my name on itPerhaps if you were so concerned about the security of the information contained in this lease agreement it wouldn't have taken you over a month to refund the payment on a closed account Regards, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the credit bureaus told me that if GM Financial removed there comments than the dispute will be resolvedResult of this not happening I have lost a mortgage loan because GM Financial couldn't simply remove there comments from the dispute and I have removed all the comments of the dispute with all three of my credit bureaus, but they couldn't do there partI no know that they can't take care of there customersIs just simply sad customer service. Regards, [redacted] ***
I greatly appreciate your review into this matter and yes the research did conclude they did adhere to the policyHowever, my request for review was not to see if policy was followed, but to show how the word choice provided set an expectation that no issues should have prevented the deferment to become availableSince they are subject to management approval, I was asking if this can be done as a courtesy in the eyes of customer serviceThe contract nor the policy were ever in questionYour response was aimed towards the adherence to policy and not the wording of the conversation and how it could have led to hopesThank you
