Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11574104, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.Again, they can say many things but the truth is when I made the arrangements for retaining my truck they were aware of the amount I was pass due? What we have here is a large corporation bullying the common man? I am well aware of my contract, I am also well aware that I informed them of my situation of being on disability and at the time I made the arrangements that I was days past due hence the payment arrangements? These were not regular payments these were payments to get my account current? So, continuing to restate the obvious does not take away from two simple facts1) I made the agreed payment and 2) I was told that I had to make the next payment by the end of July? Which they did not give me until? But instead took my money and then took my car? History has shown that the powers that be, will NEVER admit on their own that they are wrong? It is only when they are forced to do so do they ever admit that their practices may not be in the best benefit of the common man? When I sent this email to you I did so knowing that there was little to no chance that your organization would be able to do anything to help me? However, I wanted it to go on record what they had done so that if in the future any other individuals ever are put in the same situation as they have put me, then there will be record to show that this is not an isolated occurrence and that their practices are misleading and point blank wrong? Just like now they are saying that I have to pay for storage fees (see above), when they specifically said that they had renegotiated the contracts with the storage companies and that we no longer have to pay for storage fees that the cost is in the amount that they give us for getting our vehicles back? In fact, when I called the storage company they said that there were no additional fees other than the amount GM Financial gave me? So, are they again changing the rules? ? Don't they record all conversations? ? Are they not aware of their own policies? ? Or is this intimidation?Just like the creditors who would call people on their jobs and call their personal friends and family at the time that they were doing these, now unlawful, practices they were within full rights of the law and their company practices? But, after one couple stood up to them and questioned their practices in the court of law, were the practices by which creditors operated put in question and since changed? I am a Christian and as God said to the children of Israel I gave you laws by which to live and you followed them and yet you are still a wicked and perverse people? So the next time I will right my covenant with you upon your heart so that when you do wrong you will not be able to say well I followed your commandments, now your "heart" will tell you you are wrong.I thank you for what assistance you tried to provide and I also thank you for your prompt response? As, you are unable to assist me further, I will simply pay the amount they deemed necessary to retain my truck? However, their practices are now on record for all to review? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: GM Financial just admitted above that I never game them that address that they sent correspondence to me toAlso, it is my understanding after speaking with the USPS that certified mail cannot be sent to a P.O box addressTherefore, GM Financial has knowingly sent legal notices that they are supposed to have confirmed I received and failed to do so They have not acted in good faith by purposely sending a letter to an address I am not associated with and to an address where it is impossible to confirm that I got itThey never sent any communication to any of the two addresses I gave themBecause of this oversight I am asking that GM FINANCIAL stop all collection activity and write off the remaining balance they claim I owe off the booksGM Financial is in clear violation of the law and knowingly contininugly violating the law by refusing to obey my requestAll I am asking for is for them to stop collection activity and waive the remaining balanceThey have already collected prior payments from me, a larger down payment,and have sold the car at auctionThey have not technically lost any money from dealJust take your profits and leave me alone! GM Financial reports to the credit bureau reporting agencies once per month. The payoff for your account was received on February 22, 2016, after the reporting date had passed on February 11, 2016. The next scheduled reporting date occurred on March 14, 2016. On this date your account was reported closed and paid, but more than 30 days past due at payoff. The “Date Closed” was reflected as February 22, 2016 and both the “Current Balance” and “Past Due Balance” were reported as $0.00. The reporting of the account to the credit reporting agencies is done in accordance with the industry standard of the Metro II format in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and reflects the payment record of how the debt was paid. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This information is NOT correct! I paid exactly what I was told to pay and was told it covered me THROUGH MAY! If there was an error in the amount paid not being enough that was due to an error on YOUR EMPLOYEES side as I paid EXSCTLY what they told me to to process the extension! Then I called in EARLY to pay June and was told the previous rep had messed up their request but that it would be fixed and they CONFIRMED I was paying June's payment! Then again a week or so later! Again, this information was told to me times! How can I be held responsible for undereductaed employees when I did EXACTLY what was asked of me to bring it back up to date and resolve everything!?
