purchase of the Chevrolet CorvetteAmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc(“AmeriCredit”) employees were not present at *** *** ** *** (“Dealer”) during the signing of the contract and AmeriCredit was not an original contracting party in any agreements between the two partiesThe contract was subsequently assigned to AmeriCreditOn October 1, 2010, AmeriCredit was purchased by General Motors, and the company name was changed to GM Financial? Within the contract, you promised to pay the amount financed of $24,and a finance charge of $12,which would result in a total of payments of $36,966.24, if all payments are made on the contracted date they are dueIt is important to understand that this contract is a “simple interest” contract, meaning that interest is accrued daily on the unpaid portion of the amount financed, as indicated on the face of your contractExplanation of interest accrual, application of payments, and how late or early payments change what you must pay is explained on page two of your contract under the section titled “Finance Charge and Payments”By signing the contract, you agreed to abide by these terms, including paying the principal amount plus finance charges accruing on the unpaid balance at the rate of 15.15% in installments of $513.42, and any other charges within this contract? A review of your account activity and payment history reflects that additional interest accrued over the life of the loan due to payments being made after the scheduled due date, three due date changes, and deferments that were processed at your requestThroughout the time your account has been active, deferments were processed for the months of October and November of Because of the due date changes and deferments processed at your request, the maturity date of the account moved to September 15, ? I am rejecting this response because: They should forgive the rest of the money they say I owe , because they got the money from the auction, and I paid most of the money and lost most of the money but who cares right I sign a contract....? I tried to refinance but I couldn't because I miss payments with GM

I paid off my Dodge Charger on 04/02/I called GM Financial because there records was showing I still owed a final paymentWhen I called GM Financial I spoke to a supervisor and she stated the final payment was cashed and sitting in a fileSupervisor said to give them hours to apply the final payment to my accountI gave them over a weekI called 5/8/and the automated service said my title was released on 4/18/I called and spoke with a supervisor and she said no one put it in to have the title released to meCustomer services representative are rudeI want the title to my carI paid for the car and never received my titleThis is retaliation for filing a complaint against this finance companyI just want the title to my carThis is unacceptable

you signed a Closed End Motor Vehicle Lease (“Contract”) for a Buick EnclaveWithin the agreement, you agreed to a month lease term with a monthly payment in the amount of $per month, due on the 18th day of each monthLate fees are assessed when a payment is not received within days of the date it is due
A review of your account indicates that you enrolled for the Automatic Payment Plan (“ACH”) on December 10, and would be effective with your lease payment due on January 18, Please note our records show numerous attempts were made in effort to contact you regarding the status of your account
Our records reflect that you have a current late fee balance of $334.39, which have been assessed throughout the life of the lease As a courtesy, GM Financial has submitted a request to waive $in late fees

*** ***I would also like to add that as of yesterday I was able to get a hold of their customer service lineAfter waiting over an hour they finally figured out my problemA payment was made from another financial company that was not myself and they had to fix the corrected amount that I own on the vehicle because the money was taken back out because it was paid by mistake to the wrong accountThey saw the payment was made on June 20th, They did not notice it until November 17, They did not contact me nor notify me of this and lead me to believe I owed more than I was suppose toAfter trying to get a correct answer after months I finally was told of this paymentThere was a lack of communication as well as doing their job to track these payments on their partI have yet to talk to a supervisor and have spent the last weeks trying to get a hold of someone on the customer service lineI would still like to file a complaint and add this bit of information on to the original complaintMy social is ***The GM Financial account number is ***
The daily charges against me were never reveled to me until March ? ? First of all I made all my payments on or soon after the day of my paycheckYou can see this in my payment historyWhen I started getting calls because my due date was on the 9th of the month and I was making my payments on the 20th No one ever told me of these charges only that, No Mr James your not technically late and no you will not be reported as late to the credit bureaus and as long as your not late and you will be charged no late fees.? So of course I was always encouraged to pay when I could after the due date that way you make the most money and as far as I know I am doing OK because I have no marks against my credit and no late charges.? So finally someone with a concern contacted around March and said No sir you have no late pays fees and no marks against your credit but paying after the due date is building up charges that will cost you at the end.So at that time I made arrangements to pay over my amount for several payments and get ahead of my due dateYou can see my payment history after June that I was always to days early and? thats? how its been since then? There was one employment change in that was the deferment request due to changes in my payment scheduleI was never advised that these deferments were a bad thing against me just that I may pay like $extra at the end of the loan.And yes I received the notice in that my last payment would be more than normalNOT THAT IT WOULD BE $MORE!!! ? ? So as far as I knew I was doing well with the loan? throughout the whole loanWhy? Because I had no late pays on my credit and no late charges? I had no Idea you had charged me over $due at the end of the loan and within daysI? Was always told by your people as long as I payed before it was actually late everything would be ok.? ? ?
