Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:GM Finance removed all the data from my credit reports and added it back There was no payments showing except for the month of May There are causing me issues with how they are mishandling my credit I would appreciate if they returned it to how they reported in on May I attached the information that GM reported I will be filing an additional complaint and seek legal actionThey removed the information and then reinsertedAccording to FCRA? Inform consumers about negative information which is in the process of or has already been placed on a consumer's credit report within one month.I was not informed before you reinserted this information that you removed It’s not fair or good business practice You go months without reporting and this is even prior to your update to your systems?

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I requested a copy of the following documents that you listed:October 27, with an? acknowledgement number of 800152? January 5, with? an acknowledgement number of 518068December 4, with an acknowledgement number of 279426I was denied these documents by your "Manager"I was told I could not have access to these documents but if a subpoena is issued in court then you would provideWhat is wrong with that picture? ? I am a consumer and have every right to view any and all documents to verify what you "claim" was in them? By not providing them you are being deceitful and elusive.? There are no unpaid balances as you allegeAll payments have been madeAccording to GM Financial website, as of May 14, Total payments that were made was 79; unless, it has since been altered.? I have contacted the SD Attorney Generals Office and your corporate officeI know there is a social media blog regarding GM Financial and your tactics of adding on additional payments, refusal to send titles once contracts have been finished, and refusal to provide documentsPractices you are clearly following? A Class Action lawsuit has been discussed.? ? ? ?

I have not forgotten my password? I have successfully logged in recently? I can see you do not want to admit your company made an error? I will NOT be recommending your company to anyone for future? All I asked for was an apology for your company error

I am rejecting this response because: I Have given my social and account number to multiple employees of this company. Also in the response I am supposed to respond to, they give no one except a number that leaves you on hold for an hour or two while no one answers or nothing gets done even after you have spoken to several employees including "managers"

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: your response admits violating the terms of the contractIt says you may change the scheduled payments, not you may change the scheduleSo the charge for immediate payment of the taxes was improperTherefore the repossession was unlawfulThis means GM Financial broke the terms of the contract when you repossessed the vehicleMy desired solution remainsI want this properly reported to the credit reporting agencies as all payments on time and that GM Financial unlawfully and unilaterally terminated the lease without causeAdditionally, I want reimbursement for the travel I've had to pay for without the vehicleIn exchange, I'll consider this matter resolved to our mutual satisfaction and agree to not seek further damages

Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. On September 10, 2015, both you and *** *** signed a Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Contract (“Contract”) for the Nissan Maxima in
the amount of $21,at an interest rate of 17.95%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning on October 25, 2015.Although you’ve stated that you do not have possession of the vehicle, all parties to the contract are still responsible for maintaining the monthly installment payments as per the ContractAs of today’s date, the December 25, installment due date is days past dueAt this time, the vehicle has not yet been assigned for repossessionAs per state law, prior to repossession, a cure notice will be issued by First Class Mail to all liable parties to the Contract.GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account.Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please contact GM Financial at 1(800)944-5047.Sincerely,GM Financial

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. We apologize that you feel that you have been misled; however, how we will figure the Finance Charge (“interest”), apply payments, and how late or early payments change what you must pay is clearly reflected on page of your contract in the first section titled “Finance Charge and Payments”.? By signing the contract you agreed to the terms and confirmed that before you signed the contract that it was given to you and that you were free to take it and review itHow payments have been applied to your account balance has always been clearly conveyed on your monthly billing statements.? Each time a payment is made the next billing statement will reflect the breakdown of the payment into principal and interestCopies of your last three billing statements have been included for your reviewPlease understand that how much interest you pay over the life of this loan is completely determined by how you make your monthly payments, early, on time, or lateThe amounts reflected on the face of your contract in the “Federal TruLending Disclosures” section was calculated based on the assumption that you will make every payment on? the date it is dueShould you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####.Sincerely,GM Financial

That is very good business practices that your ,so called company keepsHowever, our documentation never stated otherwise and if you had so rightfully purchased the company when you say then why, tell me, did you send us a letter telling us basically that we were late for a payment when the account has been previously paid offGM Financial or as many people put it...Government MotorsBail out kings of the USA, ? It is then quite obvious to my spouse and I but dumb founded to you all that you had no comprehension of the payoff what so ever till you then realized your ignoranceThis is over now that we have spoken to the lawyers and they will direct us where to tell you to go from hereYou will be receiving our documentation that we have that we know you do not possess and then you can barbeque it, eat it and digest the truthThat is something your company knows nothing about, even if it bit you in the backsideWe will as much as possible make sure our review of your Business Ethics , as poorly as they are, don't go unnoticed! Thank God we are done with this company and its heathens!
