I've had Globe Life since I was a baby. Now 48 years old. The Government won't pay very much when you pass. Globe Life is exactly what it says an Insurance Policy that you know will be there when you need it.
Customer service was easy to access and they answered all my questions quickly. Also overall the premiums for this ins. co. are very reasonable. I would recommend them.

After being turned down by the Gerber Insurance company due to my perfectly healthy daughters premature birth I reached out to Globe life and she was graciously accepted. I fell behind on a payment and the team reached out and allowed me the opportunity to catch up. They were pushy or rude and offered me several options. They are so pleasant to deal with, the customer service is exceptional and it's very easy to make payments, especially as a busy mom! Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend.

I made a payment and it went smoothly
I have had three grandchildrens' policies active since 2000. No problems have ever been experienced until this past year. I found out that a family member (knowing my personal info) called Globe, and was able to change the beneficiary to themselves on a policy. I was livid to find out that there is no fail-safe to prevent this. Even after I contacted the corporate office, giving them written unbefore known personal info on myself, to prove verification of identity if anyone should call again, I was informed that the customer service representatives make changes by phone by "trusting" that the caller is who they say that they are. No secret-question fail-safe is built in their system. Therefore, I am still not changed back to the original beneficiary, after two months of customer service conversations, letter sent to corporate; although the policies are mine, from the original application, and after 18 years of payments. I HAVE TO PROVE WHO I AM, by signing another beneficiary form, although they take the word of a caller (just not me). Does this sound like good business practices? How does Globe stop this from happening again to me, OR TO ANYBODY ELSE?

I bought my Granddaughters Whole Life policy 9 yrs ago and when purchased it was very simple and easy process. Renewing it every 6 months has been as easy a process. In all these years I've only had to call in a couple of times to ask a question or two and my experience has always been pleasant. I've increased the policy value a few times and the endt has come in on a timely basis each time. You will not be disappointed, this is as easy to use as it gets. All within your control, I pay installments when due - not on autodraft. So I feel there's no excuse, presented terms that anyone can understand. Affordable Insurance so no one in my Family will go uninsured.

I get constant offers from Globe. When I finally signed up for a policy everything was handled quickly and efficiently. When I decided to change my mind and cancel, there were no questions asks, just an immediate and polite response.

Very efficient, correction needed was made quickly, bought two life insurance policies for my grandchildren, combined my premiums making it easier and more efficient, and was able to set up automatic bank draft by mail without having to call in to set-up.
