Unfortunately, the customer *** sent support tickets and called after our offices were closed and we were unable to assist the customer until 10/29/2018 when we opened during our normal business hours. A refund was issued from the support ticket. Refunds are processed immediately, but take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control of the Social Security's misinformation on packages delivered to their office, we get calls every day that the SSA does not properly track incoming mail. Escalations within the SSA have resolved several customers situations where the packages are then located. Based on tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX that was used by the customer, it was delivered to U.S Social Security Administration, *** XXXXX-XXXX US. If instructions were followed on the e-package and original forms were mail in with the form, then it takes 10-15 business days for the documents and new card to be processed by the SSA. If proper documents were not mailed in, then the SSA will send a letter to customer requesting the correct information. Since it arrived Sept 8th then it has only been 7 business days. All this is explained in our e-package.

The form to replace the Social Security card for a minor is the same as an adult but the information is filled out differently. If the correct process was not followed per the instructions then the Social Security will not honor the mail in request. You can go to SSA.GOV and will notice the form SS5 is used for all Social Security card request and is the same form we are using to assist our customers obtain the card from the convenience of their homes.

Our apologies that you were not able to use our services due to you needing the Social information for immediate use. We charge for our services which consist of locating the office that processes cards in your area (as no all offices do) plus we are here to answer all questions regarding the correct documents that need to be mailed in with the form. We are not a scam and have thousands of customers that appreciate what we offer. Many people do not have the time to go into the office or they have went into the office and have wasted several hours/days due to the long lines; so they choose a service like ours and we assist with the mail in process.
An example of a service that many people pay for is when you file your tax return. You can complete your tax return for free, but people choose to use a tax service that assist them in the process.

We are unable to locate an order under ***. In order to receive a full refund Mr. would need to call into our office and provide the name the order was made for, phone number, or email associated with the order.
