I always use George Brazil. Daniel, the plumbing tech, did maintenance on my water heater, fixed a problem with hot water in my showers and replaced piping on my outside water fixture. Their plumbers are always courteous, professional and fix your problems fast!

I recently had some plumbing work performed at my home. George Brazil notified that their technician was on the way and his estimated arrival time. The technician, Shane C, arrived as promised, performed an inspection of plumbing work I wanted performed. He gave a thorough overview of what he would be doing, made suggests for alternatives to how I had envisioned the work being performed, and we agreed upon a final approach based on that discussion. He then provided an estimate for the work and after the estimate was accepted, he performed the planned plumbing repairs plus installation of a new kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher (I proved the sink, disposal, and dishwasher). He kept me informed throughout the work and provided me with explanations of what he was doing. Upon completion, he did a thorough cleanup and then showed me everything he had done. Thorough the time he was at my home he is very friendly and courteous. I found our interaction that day to be very pleasant and was very happy with all the work he performed. I would recommend George Brazil and technician Shane C to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I called George Brazil to come check on my *** water heater that was experiencing a fault 12 code. The technician they sent admitted that he was not familiar with the unit but he could make a call. After talking to his service department he said the unit needs to be flushed and cleaned, taken apart and serviced. His estimate was over $2,000. We only paid $1,500 for the unit new.
I told him no thank you and sent him on his way.
I called *** and they recommended a new repairman who examined the unit, called *** and determined the exhaust vent was the problem. He disassembled the vent, reworked the tubing and fixed it. Cost $100.
George Brazil should be ashamed.

I had an excellent experience today. My ceiling fan fell out of my ceiling. I called for service and John was at my house within an hour. Not only did he fix the ceiling fan, he gladly checked the rest of the fans in the house. He tightened up any blades that were loose. He made sure they were all secure to the ceiling. He was friendly and nice. I was very pleased with the price and the service. Highly recommend.
