When I found my indoor water heater had sprung a leak and was flooding my laundry room I called George Brazil upon a family members recommendation. Although it was a Saturday they responded to my request like it was a regular working day for them. They had Tom H., a plumber with 18+ years experience at my home a couple of hours later and he had a new water heater, supply line and safety valve installed quickly and professionally. Tom was respectful to me and my home and answered all my questions completely and knowledgeable. My entire experience with George Brazil, including Bill and Tom, was hassle free and straightforward. I would use them again and do recommend them. Look, plumbing repairs are not cheap, we all know that, but I'm easily satisfied with the best service and quality and that is exactly what I received. Nicely Done!

I had a front yard water leak, I called called George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical, my call was picked up very quickly & I was given a 6 hour window (I called mid morning), they called me back within a hour to say that the technician was on the way. It turned out the leak was on the city side of the water meter (saved me a bunch of money). I called the city & now the following afternoon I'm still waiting for the city).

The technician was on time, prepared with multiple options, and arranged for the selected equipment to be delivered to my home in a matter of minutes. He then installed the new disposal, walked me through its use and maintenance, as well as the warranty details. Quick, thorough, and considerate of my home at all times.

Daniel came out within 30 minutes from George Brazil to fix a leaking pipe in my attic he gave me a complete analysis of all my problems and fix the problem proficiently and effectively I would recommend George Brazil to anyone who has not had a previous plumber before because my first Contact experience was them with excellent thank you George Brazil.

the tap on my sink. It had broken. They sent Johnny.
I had more than a problem with the tap, but the shut-off
valve was frozen.
He did a great job fixing it, and even tried to see if he
could find a coupon to save me some money.

Prompt and explained everything well

Daryl R. was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was also patient and answered all my questions. When he had completed his work (plumbing inspection and water heater replacement installation), he explained what he had done and what I should be aware of in any circumstance, along with any recommendations resulting from the plumbing inspection. There was no hard sell, just informative dialogue. I was quite satisfied with the work done and would be pleased to have Daryl perform any future applicable work at my home.

Awesome job! Service techs Ted and Christopher were courteous and professional. Within a couple of hours my kitchen drain issue was taken care of. I appreciated the fact, that the email I received prior to their arrival, included a photo of the technician I should expect. I'm definitely going to recommend this company toothers.

Tom was amazing. Took his time to try and diagnose the problem and very conciencious about our time and home. We need to have another test run to determine the problem and Tom had that scheduled for the next day before he left.
