Very professional and knowledgeable

We have had two service calls from George Brazil and it was our good fortune to have Bill H, the service tech, come both times and will always request him! The first call was for leaky faucets, toilets, and valve replacements. Bill showed up on time with a red carpet laid out at the front door while he donned his booties. He was a pleasant fellow and got down to the repairs post haste. He needed to go out for a few parts but returned quickly to complete the job. The second service call was to replace both water heaters and bring the plumbing up to code. With both visits, he explained what the problems were and how he could best fix them. When he completed both service calls, he cleaned and swept the work area and it was spotless! Bill is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Bill!

Excellent service. Donnie was a professional at all levels. He arrived on time, explained the drain clearance options, and was finished with the last in less than 60 minutes. George Brazil has delivered consistent excellent for the past 15 years from. I really appreciate the organization.

I've had George Brazil out twice in about a month. Once for electrical and once for plumbing. Both techs, the first, Brian P and the second Dan G were great! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I will be using George Brazil in the future for home repairs!

As usual , George Brazil Plumbing sent an experienced plumber who was engaging, helpful and informative. He performed the standard duties with aplomb and provided an evaluation of the water quality ( both from the tap and purifier) at this 20+ yr old house. He also helped me
determine the best solution for replacing two bathroom faucets. It was a joy to have him in my
home.

Tom did an excellent job. Reviewed the problem and showed me how to save money on the repair (parts under lifetime warranty). Very professional. He also installed hot water heater last year.

Ultra professional. Customer care pro. A pleasure to deal with. Best plumber I have ever had do work in my home. Wish they were all like Adam G...a true pro.

I am always very pleased/satisfied when I have used George Brazil. Recently Ricardo A replaced the drain and overflow in a bathroom tub. He did an excellent job. He was very careful as he worked and all is working great.

I always get the BEST customer service from George Brazil, in both plumbing (today) & AC. My tech today, Zack, is one of the best Brazil staff I have had the pleasure to know and when I have plumbing issues and call I always request him.

Dan was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what was the cause of my shower leak. He explained very thoroughly what needed to be checked and replaced. He showed me the defective cylinder and brought to my attention that our water heater also needed a special tank.The George Brazil Company surprised me by sending me Dan's photo so I would be prepared to confirm he was my plumber. Dan also explained the company's membership benefits and Flow-Tech home anti-scale system. I recommend this company for any plumbing problems you may experience.

Roger was courteous and did a good job in repairing our electrical issue we are completely satisfied and would recommend him to our friends

John E let us know everything that he had to do to fix our issue and the cost before he started his work. John was very efficient and he cleaned up after he finished the work. I would use John again when we need additional services.

Georg Brazil is the gold standard for plumbing and electric as well as for business expertise.
Very professional on the phone and when setting up appointments, great follow thru.
Ricardo A was very professional and explained each part of the job he was recommending to be done. He kept each area clean as finished as well.
When going over the statement, he was very clear as to what was completed. I then received and email with pictures of each part of the job the was done.
I would highly recommend this company and especially Ricardo. This company has a quality person here!
