Raul came out on time, explained the charges, and corrected the problem. The service was excellent. The charge was more than I expected but I was very glad to have a potentially dangerous situation settled.

A team of two called departing their first job and arrived at appropriate time. They were very good at listening to the history of the problem, very efficient in finding the fault, and very competent in taking care of it. They were very patient with my questions and very good at explaining what, where and why there was a problem, and offered suggestions to offset its return. I have already referred 1 friend to GB and will continue to refer others.

The man that was here yesterday was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and took the time to explain it to us.

Our technician for the contracted inspection was Raoul. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain his recommendations to me. We received an emailed copy of his recommendations later the same day. Another good experience with George Brazil.

I contacted George Brazil to change a faucet in my laundry room and address a problem with a hose bib on our back porch. They were very prompt in sending a plumber out to perform the services. The plumber [redacted] was extremely professional, kind and explained what needed to be done and the cost and the time it would take to do the job. He was very neat, wore booties as not to carry dirt into our home and cleaned up after himself. I inquired about other services that George Brazil offered in regard to maintaining our homes plumbing and [redacted] took the time to explain everything. Needless to say the entire experience with George Brazil from the customer service reps on the phone to [redacted] was one that I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Do not. I repeat. Do not use George Brazil for plumbing or electrical. This outfit is a complete scam. They overcharge for everything they do. As mention before in other reviews everything they troubleshoot is a $300 bill. We had 2 ground fault outlets replaced. They charged us $180 per outlet plus labor for a part that costs $20 each. When my wife questioned them about the cost of the part they gave her some bulls$&@ story about their electrical outlet being superior. I wished at that point she had just kicked the technician out. I will never let this outfit back in our home again. Unfortunately we have a new plumbing service contract with them as well that I have to walk away from. I'm writing this review hoping that other consumers don't get screwed like us.

I have contracted with George Brazil multiple times for plumbing services. Our service technician, Jack M, is always professional, explains needed repairs and services well and diligently works to finish a project even when unexpected issues arise. From the first phone call to schedule service to completion of work, George Brazil is wonderful to do business with.

We had a very good experience with George Brazil for our annual water heater maintenance and house plumbing inspection. The technician, Caleb Wood, was prompt, very professional, did a good job of identifying any potential problems, and proposing solutions. The work that he did was of high quality and completed on a timely basis. We would definitely recommend George Brazil and this technician in the future.

Technician was very helpful and explained in depth all of the work that needed to be done and made suggestions for improvements which we chose to do. At each step of the process he asked if we had questioned or comments. His demeanor was pleasant and he took great care to make sure that all of our belongings were protected as he completed each part of the job.

Ernesto provided excellent service, was professional, yet friendly and did the exact job he was expected to do. I have used "George Brazil" in the past and will not hesitate to use them in the future for my electrical and plumbing needs.
