Mike R[redacted] came out to my home on a Saturday to replace a toilet seal. He was very courteous and professional. Did the work in short order, cleaned up afterwards, and left us very happy.

I am so glad I called George Brazil for repairs for our rental. The technician, Daryl was super nice and explained everything. He stayed until every last thing was done, even cleaning up afterward. Such a relief to get these repairs taken care of, and I know George Brazil stands behind their work.

From the moment I dialed the number I had a confident feeling. The appointment process was flawless and professional. [redacted] then came and after listening to my specific needs showed me several options and then installed the optimum fixturing to light my kitchen well. Almost all of my questions were answered by his product presentation before I even asked. [redacted] is a great credit to your organization.

Easter Sunday and I encountered an electrical problem. Raul V[redacted] was sent out and I was so impressed with his knowledge and personality. I'm an elderly woman and handicapped and he was very respectful and friendly. He fixed the problem, checked out everything with my electrical system and advised me of what needed to be done to update and upgrade. I can't do it at this time, but when I can I will definitely ask for Raul to be my serviceman.

The plumbing technician was prompt and efficient during a plumbing emergency. I would recommend this company if help/service is needed immediately.

Michael showed up on time and was very friendly. We look over the problem and then went over the options. He gave me an estimate on the work.

Michael was very professional and worked very hard on the projects. He would often explain to me what he was doing. When the work was finished, he cleaned up. He was excellent and I have trust in the work to do. He also went over what he had done and answered my questions and some instructions.

Kevin S[redacted] was very professional with us, he has a lot of plumbing knowledge. Kevin took the time to explain what he was doing in repairing our dripping shower valve. Kevin also explain some other projects we might do in the future, he was very good to work with. You have a very good employee in Kevin S[redacted].

We've used George Brazil for several years for ac/heating repair & maintenance, and have always been happy. This is the 1st time we've used them for an electrical issue, and couldn't be more pleased! We e-mailed them to ask if they could service what we needed (after the bad rain storms our outdoor lighting went out). They responded almost immediately, set up an appointment for the technician to come out, and were advised, up-front, of what the service call charge would be. Barry came out, in spite of the bad weather that day, assessed the problem, gave us the quote for repair, went & picked up the needed parts, came back and completed the repair. Barry was extremely friendly and professional, came in with a mat & "booties" to cover his shoes to ensure our floors would not be soiled, and spent a lot of time with us explaining what happened and how to maintain our lighting in the future. In addition to repairing the unit, he clearly went above & beyond to ensure that we understood the ongoing maintenance and gave us tips that were very helpful. We love the service we received, and are very comfortable that if we encounter any other problem they will be resolved. This was the epitome of customer service.... Thank you Barry!!

George Brazil was punctual and professional. The technician was great, explained things very well and gave me my options. It was still quite expensive, but their service was very good and I would definitely recommend them.

I had used for the first time George Brazil Plumbing and I'm very happy with the quick appointment I was given and the excellent work that was done by their service technician Adam G. He took the time to explain the work that need to be done and did what I think is a great looking and working repair/replacement. He also left the area clean and had all parts need in his van so no time was lost in getting replacement parts, I have an older house so that was very nice.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT TONY V PROVIDED. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HE DID. WE WILL HAVE TONY BACK TO DO SOME MORE WORK. THANK YOU,.

Jamie was very helpful with my leaking shower and helped me find an appropriate faucet for my kitchen sink. He worked quickly and got my shower and kitchen sink back in working order.

RAUL was very knowledgable and explained everything and got my approval before completing repairs. He listened to and understood my descriptions of what I thought were problems.

Mark was very knowledgeable and understanding of the frustration plaguing my wife and I with the air conditioner compressor going out on an air conditioner three times with 60 days. Although the air conditioner was bought from another company, Mark provided information to the technicians from the other company in the hopes of help restore our home to a more comfortable temperature. He was unable to do any test because the new compressor, he did not charge me for the service call. I decided then and there I would call George Brazil for any electrical work I would need in the future and did so yesterday and today am waiting for the electrician. It was nice to have an understanding soul during our frustrations. [redacted]

for that I thank you.  We always welcome comments and all opportunities to improve the level of our service.  With respect to your specific questions, we use [redacted] and [redacted], LLC (licensed, bonded and insured) as a subcontractor who specializes in leak location.  They are Arizona Registrar of Contractors license # [redacted].  We have discussed your complaint directly with the owner of [redacted] as we only seek to use the very best people in your home.  Lastly, we agree and we apologize for the very early and unannounced arrival of our technician to receive your signatures and authorization for the expense of the leak detection and temporarily capping of the leaking water lines so that your water could be turned back on for your house.  After the leak was identified, we temporarily capped off the line so that we could turn on your water to the house and allow us to come back at the date of your choosing to properly reroute your water line.  For your sake, please make sure that you promptly have your water lines properly rerouted or repaired by a qualified and licensed contractor.  We always want you and your home to be safe.  If you find that the work completed by another plumber doesn’t hold up or meet your expectations, then we would love another opportunity to be of assistance in the future.

I have used them several times and twice recently with [redacted]. He was helpful, knowledgeable took the time to explain some electrical problems and fair in his treatment and billing. He did his work straightforward, did not waste time and was neat and clean.
