I have used the company George Brazil many times for different jobs that needed to be done at my home. I have always been 100% satisfied with the work that they have completed. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns each time I hire them to come out. The employees are very professional.

I have had the unfortunate experience to use George Brazil for electrical repair and installation. I had a ceiling fan installation done by Barry B. and was over charged for the installation. I researched 2 other companies and found the installation to be much cheaper, one company being Lowe's Install service. I called the billing department of George Brazil and spoke to the electrical manager and apprised him of the situation. He said yes that I was overcharged by $70+ dollars and that I would get a check in the mail for it. I ended up paying still $230.+ dollars for the installation which still was a lot of money for the time spent. I had another ceiling fan installed by Lowe's and it only cost me $235.00 and that included the cost of the fan. The electrical manager had the audacity to tell me that Lowe's does not use licensed technicians. I also had some electrical work done in my work shop to the tune of over $5000.00. The tech ran wire and conduit and and 2 plugs but not worth all that money. He said that entitled me to a free electrical inspection every year but it did not include the cost of any repair that was found. I would not recommend George Brazil to anyone for any of their work.

Called Brazil to have a plumbing issue looked at and resolved. At no time was I told that I would need to sit by the phone waiting for the dispatcher to call and verify that "SOMEONE WAS HOME". While working outside dispatch called and left message.
When I relized that dispatch had called I was told that they could put me back on the schedule and try to get someone out soon.

I would nominate Cole for Best Plumber Ever award: Service was prompt and excellent.

George Brazil's serviceman Mark B. responded and quickly corrected my electrical problem . In addition he offered further advice that will save me trouble & money in the future.

The electrician, Gabriel S. , was preceded by a phone call to give me ETA. I received an email with his picture and bio on it prior to his arrival so that I could identify him.
He was professional, figured out my problem and fixed it all in a relatively short period of time

HAd an issue of a leaking hot water heater. I called Georgw Brazil and they set up an appointment within a few hours. Tim arrived and did and assessment of the situation and gave us a quote for the entire job. He was informative, polite, and thorough. At the completion of the job he replaced all of the items that needed to be relocated for installation. he even added the bag of salt that I had in my garage to my water softener. Outstanding service.

I needed a plumber to repair the rusted out drain in our shower. After several calls to plumbing companies in the Phoenix area, and no phone calls back from any of them, I was pleased when I contacted George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services who not only wanted the job, but eager to get started.

George Brazil worked around my home schedule. I have two large pit bulls. The plumber was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, who kept me informed when each step of the repair was accomplished.

Gabriel S[redacted] was the electrician George Brazil sent to our home on July 4th. He was on time, professional, technically competent, clean and easy to talk with and understand. We had issues at our home and he explained what they were in terms I could understand. I understood the pricing before he did work. Were they expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Will I request Gabriel by name next time? Yes.

I bought and had installed a new water heater from George Brazil recently and they sent out a fantastic duo lead by Joe L[redacted] - Journeyman plumber extraordinaire who was not only totally knowledgeable and prepared, but also very friendly and approachable. It was a learning experience for me as well. I would recommend Joe and his company to anyone.

Anees S. from George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical did a great job installing smoke detectors and a surge protector in our home. He was courteous and professional and skilled in his job. I would be pleased to have Anees do work in our home anytime.

Gabriel S. was very professional and knowledgeable in finding GFCI outlet in my garage which was hidden and needed to be reset. That saved a lot of time in fixing my problem with my outside outlets.

George Brazil Plumbing and Electric is the best business I have ever dealt with. When I called them about my electrical problem they kept me informed when their technician will be on my house. On top of that they sent their best technician Raul Vargas. He is so professional with his dealing with me. Explained to me clearly the problem and what needed to be done. Never tried to sell me anything I don't need to have. He is very nice, mellow, kind and very knowledgeable technician. I am extremely happy with his service. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make my experience a very satisfactory one. I will certainly ask for him again the next time I have electrical problems.

Barry went above and beyond to complete the replacement of panel and breakers. Throughout the day the area had strong winds, rain and power outages. Everything and everybody was delayed due to the weather and computers going down. He stayed later than was expected, made multiple calls to get the power back on same day and kept us updated through the day. Most technicians would have wanted to complete the next day, but Barry was insistent on taking care of us and doing a GRADE A job. I did encounter problems with other areas, but they did not involve Barry. The only way I would use this company again for any work would be to deal with Barry ONLY! Management proved impossible to work with.
