order #XXXXXXX ordered May 5. told not in stock and requested cancellation on May 12.
they issued two refunds and 2 withdrawals on May 12th and 14th. They will not respond to e mails or pick up their phone. I am out $48.52 with no ability to get my
funds returned. They are not responding to any request for my returned money or the shipment of my products. I have my order sheet and bank statements to verify my claim

Customer was refunded $48.52 on 5/7/2020 for order #XXXXXXX and was also refunded $48.52 on 5/12/2020 for order #XXXXXXX. We sent an email notification on 5/12/20 letting them know their account was refunded and it may take their bak 3-5 days to process the refund. I will attach the transactions for review.

My original bill was paid on May6, 2020. GRP replaced that amount twice on May8th. Then deducted that same amount on May 9th and on May 14th. They still owe me $48.52.
I have bank records to prove me statement.
The customer has been fully refunded for any charges. Please see the attached document showing that both charges for $48.52 have been refunded.
Good morning Ruth, the information from GRPis incorrect and unacceptable. my original purchase on the 6th. Refunded twice on the eight. Taken out once on the 9th and again on the 14th. Including the original purchase GRP has taken $48.52 out of my account 3 times only refunded twice. GRP still owes me $48.52. My photo of my credit card account verifies my claim.

Ordered a stainless Bosch dishwasher door. They sent white. They would not admit sending the wrong item even though I sent them the email confirmation stating stainless. Had to send them a lot of pictures before they finally agreed to issue a shipping label for it to be returned. Returned item was received by them on 4/13/2020 and 10 days later they still had not given me a refund. When contacted again, they said it can take up to 15 business days. After 15 business days they said they were behind and I would see the credit by the end of the week. Today, 5/11/20 I'm told they issued the refund but it could be another 3 -5 business days before I would see it. They are scammers and crooks!
They said today they've issued a refund, but I have no confidence in anything they say. I've also filed a dispute with Capital one. I want my money back and this business shut down. They are scammers and crooks! I now see that Revdex.com has received numerous complaints about this very issue and they business was allowed to reply that their return policy is posted on their site but they've not addressed the issue of sending the wrong item and not admitting to it and fixing the issue. Had they done that I would have not been an unhappy customer reporting them to the Revdex.com. Instead they delayed and made me jump through hoops to return the item and then have delayed my refund for weeks.
Upon first glance, we did tell the customer she received the correct part, as the part numbers matched her invoice. Once we realized the part was listed incorrectly, we apologized and sent a return label at our expense.

I never received any email where they acknowledged it was their error and had to contact them numerous times to get the return label. Then it took longer than 15 business days to get a refund. When it's their mistake they should expedite refunds! As of today, 5/19/20, I have finally gotten my money back, but the hoops I had to jump through and the times I had to reach out to them is unacceptable.
Their selection was great and they quickly shipped the replacement part arrived in days, I was expecting a week at best.

Instant chat was unavailable. When called, put on hold for a few minutes, then disconnected. To be fair, they did reply to my email pretty quickly. But they didn't try to understand the nature of my complaint, requested irrelevant photos instead. My complaint was that they displayed on their web site the exact match for a genuine manufacturer part, as installed in my refrigerator, and that was the reason I ordered from them in the first place. They shipped a less expensive replacement part that I could easily order from amazon for less money and with free shipping. Took a while to deliver, too, as they shipped by regular first-class mail; overcharged for postage, too.
AOK EXPERIENCE except that when I called cust support never was connected; kept on hold for hours

I was happy to find the genuine replacement parts I needed on this website. Their site was easy to navigate. Within a few steps my order was placed. Shipping was faster than expected. What I really liked was the communication after the order was placed. I received an email notifying me that the order will be delivered in two boxes. The parts fit perfect and my dishwasher is like new again!
Now I'm going shopping for ice maker parts!!

Upon authorization to return a part that was incorrect, we shipped it back at our expense. Business refused to give us a refund.
We ordered a Samsung WF328AAW/XAA Drive replacement washing machine motor for our washing machine from Genuine Replacement Parts online. When the part arrived (much later than the stated shipping time), I tried to install the part. I soon discovered it did not fit; this was not the correct motor for our machine, despite that I made sure that I ordered the correct part according to GRP's website for our particular washing machine. Purchase date was Feb. 12, 2020, for $267.51.
We emailed customer service, and after sending a picture of the motor and original part packaging box, they approved us to return the item to a warranty/returns department located in Indiana. Because they said that ordering the wrong part was our error (it wasn't), we had to ship it back at our expense, which was approximately $50. At this point, it wasn't worth arguing with them, we just wanted our money back. We carefully and properly packaged the part in it's original part box, and then in an outer shipping box with proper packing to make sure it was secure, per GPS's return instructions.
We shipped the part back via UPS ground on February 28, 2020. We did not hear anything for two weeks, then when we finally got a response from our emails, the company claimed that the inspector deemed that the part was "used/installed" and "arrived damaged" and we would not be receiving a refund. The part was absolutely not damaged by us, and when we asked for proof of a picture of the damaged part, it did not look familiar to us at all/seemed suspicious of how the damage actually occurred/had black smudges around it that weren't there before/etc. We sent emails back and forth with GPS during all of this, which I have saved and can supply if needed. They indicated that perhaps the part was damaged in shipping and that we needed to file a claim with the carrier. However, when we asked for pictures of our shipping box, it was clear that there was no damage to the box during shipping. We stated multiple times that we did not damage the part, that it was fully intact and in good condition when we carefully shipped it back, that it was obvious there was no damage to the box during shipping to them, and we even requested that they at least meet us halfway and return HALF of our money. (Why would we spend $50 of our own money to send back a damaged product??) We strongly believe that something happened either by accident or on purpose to break this part, or the broken part was from a different motor. We believe that this company did not want to refund our money. My last email to them was March 18, 2020, and I did ask that they respond back, be willing to work with us, or I would need to follow up with a complaint to Revdex.com. I have never received a response from them after that.
I have attached the original order invoice. I am happy to supply any other documents, including emails and pictures.
We would like a full refund from Genuine Replacement Parts for the part that we ordered and returned in good condition. We are not even seeking return of our shipping costs, although we do feel we are entitled to that. We would like a refund of $267.51.
All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival to our warehouse. The part in this order arrived damaged and a refund can not be issued. It serves no benefit to GRP to deny these requests as it would be better for to be able to resell/restock this part. Since the part arrived damaged it no longer is sellable condition. This is obviously a situation that we will not win. Speaks volumes of the character of this business. Not worth wasting my time or energy on any longer. The way you conduct business will catch up to you in the future.
I ordered the wrong part and shipped it back at my expense. It has been almost 2 months since the item was return and I have yet to receive a refund.
I purchased a part February 29th. Order # XXXXXXX. It came March 4th and I realized it was the wrong part. I emailed them right away and got return instructions. A ticket # was opened #XXXXXX. I returned the part the next day and they received it on the 9th. It said to wait 10-15 business days and check back. I waited til April 4th, nearly a month and emailed them. They sent it to the "Escalation Team" and it is now the 29th and still haven't heard from them or received a refund. I have another part issue and is afraid that won't be settled either.
I am seeking a refund for a part that was returned almost 2 months ago.

This company is a scam. I bought a part, got a part that was not right. They told me they had post the wrong part on their site, they told me they were going to get part back since it was their error. I got half of my money back for a restock fee I am assuming. Really disappointed specially in this hard times. I lost money that I could have spent on bills.
Part was ordered and received as requested in good shape..tested part and it checked good so I installed the part and now my dryer is back up and running. Thank you grp for providing me a quality part and in timely manner and thanks to postal service during these virus times. Thanks again!!

They took my money and shipped the part I ordered with no problem. But, the part was faulty and did not work. I contacted them asking for a return and replacement. they requested photos, which I provided quickly. They went silent and have not responded back to me for almost 3 weeks.
We always try to assist customers ASAP. On 4/4/20 we were notified that the part was not working properly, we requested some information and photos in order to properly file a warranty claim, but the needed information was never sent to us. If the customer will send us the information we will request an extension from the manufacturer to file this claim.
A follow up email has been sent to the customer.
Recently my ice maker quit. I went online and found an original equipment replacement from GRP. It arrived in 48 hours and worked flawlessly. Being anxious to get it I emailed just after ordering to see when it might arrive. They answered almost immediately and followed up. Great company that will be my go to for future needs!

I ordered a part for my LG refrigerator using my model # and was sent the wrong part. when I asked for a return and refund I opened a can of worms!!
after emailing with their customer service she determined I was the one who ordered the wrong part? I sent her the part # for the correct part which made no difference. I had to pay shipping to return the wrong part and after their warehouse inspects it to make sure it is in perfect condition, including the box it came in which they apparently reuse I might get a refund in 10-15 days. I can email back and check on that. using my model # they sent the wrong part and failed to tell me until I complained that the part was not compatable with my model. also I had to send them pictures of the part I recieved from then, the model# on the box and the model sticker inside my fridge, that was when they said the part was not compatable with my fridge. this has been a nightmare which I have never encountered in all my years of online shopping

The customer's model number according to the picture she sent us is LMXXXXXXst, and according to her invoice, she ordered by model number LFXXXXXXST. The part she ordered does not fit her model and we are out of stock for the part she needs.
When an ordering mistake is made by the customer, it is their responsibility to return it for a refund.
We must ask for the pictures as a part of our return policy so we can further investigate and find what the root of any issue may be. This case is a great example of why we ask for model numbers and pictures of the part received.
The part may be returned using the return instructions we provided. The part must go through an inspection process to confirm it is unused and can be restocked. This process can take 10-15 business days to complete.
I think the model #LFXXXXXX goes with the wrong part they sent me part#MHLXXXXXXXX. That is not the part # I need or the Model # of my refrigerator. I used the model # directly from my refrigerator. they want it to be my fault so it is not theirs and they do not have to do any refunds
In Covid times they delivered lightening fast. They informed me the delivery would be one day late, so what? In these times it could be 10 days late. The thing was they let me know. They also had a part to my very old fridge--hard to find, but there it was. Great company--I'm telling everybody!

They refuse to answer their phone, it isn't 1 day shipping as promised. I ordered this on 4/15/20, still waiting for the part that was promised on the 16th. Very frustrating to send emails asking someone to call, with no response. When you call in it says to use the chat option, this goes to an email, not a chat. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. Please beware.
We hate that some orders are delayed at this time, as all customers are told at checkout, some order are delayed at this time due to the Covid-19 situation that is effecting all shipping carriers. Customer emailed after operating hours and called before operating hours this morning. I am seeing that a rep spoke with the customer this morning , and a responded at 9:21 PM last night to the customer inquiry sent via email.

It should state that on your online page then. I have printed proof that states it was 1 day shipping, not estimated. No where on your site did I read slower shipping because of Covid-19. Purchased a part for the vendor's site that listed as correct for my model. The part received, as ordered, was not a correct fit. I opened a support case with the vendor, indicating an error on their site. I provided pictures showing the correct model was sent, but the site was incorrect. They refuse to honor their return policy, stating I must pay shipping for an error made by them.
A total refund of all costs, implemented immediately. Buyer is not responsible for return shipping due to an error made by GRP per their own refund policy.
After reviewing the photos you sent, we found that the part you received is the part you ordered. We also checked the compatibility with your model and found that the part was compatible. For this reason we cannot send you a shipping label, as there was no shipping discrepancy on our end.
The part should work for their model according to the information we have seen and received from the customer. We recommend reaching out to a local professional to help with any install questions.

The part does not fit. Per the photos provided, the part has 4 1/2 inch standoffs, but the dryer only accepts 9 1/2 inch standoffs.
As there is clearly an error on the website, a refund of all costs is expected and within the parameters of the outlined refund policy posted on the GRP website.
As stated in the return instructions, it can take 10-15 business days from the time the part is received by the warehouse to issue a refund. All returns must go through an inspection before being returned to stock. We ask that the customer please read all the return instructions and details before making wild accusations.
The incident is also being reviewed by PayPal so we may put this to rest with all parties involved.
We had some shipping damage and they sent a replacement within two days without any extra hassle.
