I ordered a part for my microwave. It was not the right part. They do not answer phones and want to charge shipping and handling fees for refund.
I orederd a very smcessaryall microwave part. It was not the part that I needed. Customer service NEVER answered the phone. They emailed me and said I had to take 3 pictures: appliance part number, package part number and picture of the item to be returned. I complained that I did not think it necessary to jump through so mant hoops to return something for a refund. I was finally able to send the pics they asked for. They then told me that if I send it back they'll charge me a restocking fee as well as make me pay shipping. They were easy to order from but difficult deal with as far as refunds and returns go. If I could have spoken to someone on the phone I'm sure this issue could have been a lot smoother.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back without having to send pictures, pay restocking fees or shipping costs.

Missing parts from shock absorber packs compared to the online photo which clearly shows two pins for each absorber part 383EER3001V. Sent them pictures of their website and the packages delivered. Have been put on hold 25 minutes with no one answering during Friday business hours. Have not responded to email even though they say that is faster.

Was told part would be here Friday now it was changed to Monday will not buy from here again

With the model number of my oven their web site made it easy to find the replacement heating element I needed. Because of our rural location there are often problems with deliveries, but using their chat function they worked closely with me and were able to arrange for quick delivery. The part fit perfectly and works great. Thanks GRP.

The company sent me the wrong part and refused to replace the part or refund my $ because I didn't have the original packaging.
I ordered a KitchenAid dough hook from this company. I selected the correct hook from their website. When I received it I threw out the packaging. A few days later I tried to use it and discovered that the hook does not fit my mixer. I verified that I had correctly chosen the hook from their parts list; the list itself is incorrect. The hook is too short and clearly made for a different size mixer.

I wrote to them, send images of the hook and of my mixer. They refuse to acknowledge that this was their error AND refuse either to refund my money or send me a replacement part because I don't have the original packaging. Please see the attached email exchange.

Despite the fact that GRP provided the WRONG part they refuse to take responsibility for incorrect advertising and now refuse to refund my money or replace the incorrect part.

This is unethical and also unacceptable customer service.

I am attaching the email chain minus the initial email saying that I received the wrong dough hook which I lost.

Desired Outcome

I expect a modicum of appropriate customer service. The company sent me the wrong part. They refuse to acknowledge that this was their error, refuse to refund my money because I threw out the original packaging. This is unethical and outrageous. Apparently I am not the first customer to encounter problems with this company

We regret the frustration you have experienced, but I am happy that we have come to a mutually agreeable conclusion. WPWXXXXXXXX was ordered, which is compatible with the K5SS, but perhaps best used only with smaller or shallow mixing bowls. It is indeed unconventional to use this size hook on a K5SS, but it may not be unheard of or impossible as a customer may want to use this part with a smaller bowl. There is another dough hook, WPXXXXXXX, which is also compatible with the K5SS, and I believe this may be the one you are searching for. We are out of stock on the WPXXXXXXX dough hook, which could be why it was impossible for you to order this one.

As for the packaging, thank you for understanding that the box or packaging which your part arrived in is an extension of the OEM part itself. Its manufacturer's box is part of the product and is required to obtain a refund. Although it might sound frivolous, for us, it is crucial to receive this as we require the manufacturer's box to deem the part new, unused, and most significantly, complete.

Nevertheless, we will be clarifying this on our site to show that the hook you received is the shorter one, and your findings are extremely useful as we can now more accurately define the part. I will be issuing you a full refund today. Thanks again for being so thorough and patient.

Waiting over a month to be issued a refund after taking several steps (including photos) to be refunded. Part returned because I was told the model would fit my refrigerator and it did not. Please refund immediately, including 14.00 shipping fee.

Full refund of $48.73, plus $14.00 shipping fee for my time in trying to be refunded for this purchase.

I needed an igniter for my gas oven. Using the make and model numbers, I found an exact replacement part, ordered it, and it was in my mailbox two days later. That's great service! Will definitely keep their website in case I need some parts.

I have tried multiple times to contact company to resolve issue. I can't get anyone to return email or call. Was approve for return but policy is ***
Tried purchasing dishwasher pump from genuine replacement parts. The pump is the correct pump for the dishwasher all that was needed was a wiring harness. The company says it doesn't fit my model and approves a return. I would go ahead with the return but after investigating their "return policy" it seems that no matter the case they will not be returning my money in full. I have tried multiple emails and multiple phone calls. This company seems to ignore you the more you try to communicate an issue. The bigger issue now comes when I get the harness I need, to make the part work with my model of dishwasher, and I find water dripping from the "new" part. It is coming from within the part itself and not for any connections. I am a licensed plumber so it is not like I am some regular joe trying to fix his appliances. I have even given the a chance to respond to email before I contact you, though they may have seen that as an empty threat they may get fro multiple customers. I wasn't going to push this issue of non-communication until the part was defective. I feel that I have been wronged and that this company, despite the "challenges" of covid-19, is acting maliciously. The pump kit is the title of the part and is easily confused with the other "pump kits" they offer. I believe by labeling the part I ordered not compatible they seek to not return the full amount which is owed to me. I have decided to hold onto part until this issue can be resolved in order to have some sort of proof. I also have emails that could be sent to add to the claim.

I ordered 2 replacement griddles for myself and my father-in-law who lives in Anderson, Ca. The first order was filled and the second was not.

The second was to my wife's parents who live in Anderson Ca. I went on the website and found that the second order was refunded. At no time did I receive a phone call questioning the validity of the second order, nor did I receive and email of the order being refunded. Then I try to call them and I sit on hold for over 30 minutes. This is not how business is done. I did not pay them to think for me. I paid to have a replacement griddle delivered to my parents house.

Desired Outcome

I want another griddle sent to my parents and the shipping fee waived.

Wrong Box!!
On invoice #XXXXXXX ordered April 17 I received a part that did not work. I could tell immediately that it was wrong part. So I put it directly back in the box and went through the process of returning it. Once they received my package the opened up my return account. Then after a few days they said my return was declined because I didnt send part back in its original box. What it was in same box it was shipped to m . Why would I use different box. Asked for picture no luck. Asked if they were just going to keep the part and my money. No response

Just for them to be honest like there statement page says. Refund or lets workout something!!

I am seeing your return package was indeed delivered on the May 29, and your refund was processed on June 16. Your refund was within the normal time frame of 15 business days for a return to process. Please note that our returns department does not work weekends.

Customers order incorrect parts sometimes, and we believe that we facilitate returns very clearly on our guidelines. In fact, we did not charge you a restocking fee, but shipping is something we cannot reimburse you for on a part you ordered in error.

Part ordered using model number of my refrigerator on 4-6-20, using my debit card.$164.19. Incorrect part received. Battled with *** about. Shipped back to GRP, 10-15 day wait to receive refund. Ordered correct part #AEQXXXXXXXX, through *** as GRP could not or would not help. GRP owes me for return shipping costs also as they did not provide return shipping label. $30. Cash. They received incorrect part on 4-17-20.

Refund cost of part and return shipping costs as GRP did not send correct part in the first place.

Facts are correct, it took 9 days to resolve my complaint. Ordered the part from "Parts Dr" The part was shipped the next day for less money than GRP.

The part I ordered, a washing machine motor arrive in just two days. I was thrilled. Everything was perfect. I will do business with them again if I need to, and I recommend everyone else to do business with them also.

I ordered part for fridge, provided Genuine Replacement Parts with Fridge Model Number, & The Part number. My payment was recorded in a nano second after placing order. Part was advertised as being shipped one day ground. Did not receive part for almost three(3) weeks, by USPS. PART WAS NOT THE PART THAT WAS ORDERED. After trying for three days to contact Genuine Replacement Parts for return authorization, was finally granted authorization. Returned wrong part that I received, and after 10 days, of the $146.19 that I paid to Genuine Replacement Parts I received $129.20. I was charged $10.31 Alabama State Sales tax for a part I returned, and in addition to the shipping cost I paid to return the wrong part, I was charged the $6.99 shipping that was charged to me for the wrong part. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This customer ordered on 4/23/20 and the part was delivered on 5/2/20, so the claim of the part taking 3 weeks to arrive is 100% false. Our site does tell customers at checkout that some orders will be delayed due to the Covid-19 situation and high demand on shipping carriers.

Customer called and said he wanted to return the part, but never indicated that the incorrect part was sent. Had we been made aware we would have been happy to help assist and find out what may have went wrong.

The state tax was refunded. As stated on our website we may charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, but in this case we charged much less, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

The customer called on 5/04/20 for return authorization and thy were emailed to him within minutes of talking to our our representative on the phone.

I called and stated that I needed to return a part. Before I could state a reason for returning the part, the service rep stated "Wrong Part" to which I replied.yes. This led me to believe that this is a regular occurance. Its a pretty hefty profit to charge a restocking fee, a original shipping charge, state tax on a wrong part order. By the way, the state tax was not retunded to me. If I was charged MUCH less restockling fee, how did I get so LUCKY. As I stated before. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!.

I ordered my part and it was delivered promptly! I highly recommend this company!
