After being in their travel club for a year now which has entailed many phone calls to understand and book vacation deals, I can exuberantly say that Adrian is the best service rep I've ever spoken to at this company!! He was incredibly kind, patient and informative. He knew minutia details about their various specific resorts and was helpfully one step ahead of me at times looking into more resorts be believed I'd like the vibe of. I can't say enough great things about Adrian and how he has made me feel special and excited about my next trip!!

We called GBS to discuss an issue with our membership and was connected to Jonathan512. Jonathan provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond to get us answers dispite being a weekend and upper management in short supply. He was very professional, patient and helpful. We ended up booking a vacation and it went extremely smooth and quick.
