Helpful customer service.

I want to commend your employee Jonathan for assisting me with a large group reservation . He made sure every question was answered and every detail was taken care of . It took us three hours to ensure we had all of the details taken care of with no mistakes . He was more than kind and his phone etiquette was perfect . I highly recommend him for group bookings .

well Monday I booked the reservation and made a call late in the day and spoke with a women Darnilsy and she was fantastic. She walked me thru how to book online step by step we then had a problem and she fixed it!!!Then I called with a problem and talked with Ceasar C and he was very helpful and gave me great advice and informed me that a refrigerator was not in the room which we will have to have due to medications any way thanks to your helpful and informative staff

Christian was outstanding he made the reservation easy and got us many discounts we weren't aware of. Awesome service

Hi, I have received excellent service from Vanesa L. from Executive Services by GBS. She is very responsive to emails and returns phone calls in a timely manner. It's been a pleasure working with her on my trip to Mexico.

Booked a stay at Secrets Puerto los Cabos with Mark. He was so helpful - we wanted to go mid-April but April was completely booked so he worked with me on alternatives and came up with early May which is great! He was patient and helpful and offered me many options (we qualify for Preferred nights but chose to save them for a 1-1 resort). He also offered transportation and explained how to set it up when we have our flights.
