called twice, but tried to return the first call and was asked person info. I told to person that I was returning a phone call gave them the extension what was left. He seemed to not want to transfer me.Sincerely,[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] was under the impression that one of her accounts was in a structured settlement when it was not. We are sorry for the confusion and we have offered Ms. [redacted] a partial refund to assist her in resolving this debt. We have also reached out to Ms. [redacted] and offered her to re-enroll in the program at a discount. We were able to successfully resolve 3 of her 5 accounts and we want to assist her in resolving her last couple accounts. We have reminded her that no fees were charged on the 2 accounts we did not settle. We only charge fees on accounts we negotiate settlements for.

Finally after my complaint somebody helps me resolved the issues and I saw that they scheduled some progress and hope will stay that way. I told them that I have filed a complaint and as long as they are doing their job we can go on. Thank you very much and I do hope they will do what they have promised.
