Best service in the world! The size for my phone case showed up differently on my confirmation and as soon as I sent an email they fixed it. They were so kind and helped me in less that 5 mins.

I just ordered a sweater but put the wrong size on accident and customer service replied so quickly and they were so kind about it. Not only that, but they also resolved my issue!

when I first contacted fanjoy about a defective item, I didn't have a very positive response. after emailing a second time, I had a super pleasant experience! they were very quick to reply and made sure to send out a new item right away. less than two hours and a new order has already been processed. the girl, nikki, I was put in contact with made sure I was happy and understood the terms very clearly. don't hesitate to order from fanjoy! they definitely redeemed themselves, not to mention their merch is comfy AF!

I just ordered my mercy so I haven't actually received it yet but I had to change the size of my order. I emailed the company and I got a response almost instantly from Nikki who was nothing but helpful and kind. This definitely made me happy and even more excited about my order. :)

Fanjoy has the best customer service. We have order from Fanjoy several times. On our last purchase we received the wrong item. I emailed customer service and within minutes we had a response and the correct item was shipped. Very impressed with the quick response from customer service!

Absolutely incredible service. I had to switch my order from the night before because I didn't realize I bought my boyfriend the wrong David's Disposable shirt.
