Overall great quality all round.

Spent ALOT of $ since November on XPLR MERCH for my daughter and if there's been any issue with the merch, even smallest issue, FANJOY continues to go above and beyond to correct the issue ð???

I bought a clickbait hoodie and I love it except that it stained my skin and I I couldn't even get it all off in the shower. Other then that it's a great hoodie and really comfortable.

Naiz has been so very helpful. We needed to exchange product for different size. Return process was made very easy and my questions and were all answered quickly and efficiently. This is our first order and won't hesitate to order again.

I received a pair of defective sweatpants. I made a complaint via email. Within minutes I had a reply. Snapped a couple photos for Nikki, she replied again within a couple minutes to offer a replacement that will ship out soon. Super quick, easy and friendly staff. Great experience!

Product line is exceptional and customer service is top notch! My 12 year old niece is always making me place an order for her then bugs me daily to find out when it will be shipped! When I inquire, someone always gets back to me in less than 5 minutes and they always thank me for my patience (my niece's not so much lol) and always encourage me to contact them if I have any questions! I placed an order on Fanjoy last week and this morning I realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service to see if I they could correct the size or if I would have to cancel the order and re order. No more than 10 minutes later I received an email from fanjoy with confirmation for the correct size. I was so surprised that the solution was that quick, especially with it being Saturday!! After that email, a customer service rep reached out and let me know my original order had already shipped but not to worry because they had place an order with the correct size and would receive an email when it shipped. On top of that, they mentioned not to worry about returning the wrong size instead to keep it or give it to another fan. I mean, if that isn't spectacular customer service I don't know what is!!! So impressed to say the least.

I had a problem with a product and Naiz solved it in record time.. This brought a big smile to my little girl because she had saved up her money for this item! Thank Y'all

Cherie and Jo Ann were super helpful! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they made it extremely easy for me to receive my correct size. They are awesome employees!

I emailed them at 10 o'clock at night bc I made an error with my address. I'm getting ready to move in 2 weeks. I figured since I emailed so late I would get a reply the next day. Not even 5 minutes later I get an email saying they fixed my address for me already. I couldn't believe how fast of a response I got. Nikki was very friendly. Very great customer service. We could use more customer service like this in the world!! I would definitely buy something from this site again!!
