Amazing customer service!! Had a minor issue and got back to me within minutes. I feel comfortable contacting them if I have any questions.

Fanjoy provides exceptional customer service and that is an understatement. I needed to cancel an order and then reorder later. After submitting my cancellation request, I received an email within 2 minutes, letting me know that the company was cancelling the order, issuing a refund and let me know that they were available immediately if I needed anything further. I reordered my item right away and promptly received another email to let me know that the order was being processed and to thank me for my order. The tone of the emails and the kind words expressed by Jo Ann are truly appreciated. I'm a Recruiter for a National telecommunications company and I interview and hire excellent Customer Service Reps every day. I'm passionate *** the need for excellent customer service and this company met and surpassed *** high standards. superior customer service is not very common these days therefore I always like to provide positive feedback whenever I can. More companies should treat their customers as Fanjoy does. I'm beyond pleased and will be happily recommending this company to my family and friends.
ordered the wrong iphone case size, emailed someone asking to change my order, got a response in literally 5 minutes! They changed my order right away! AMAZING & QUICK customer service!!

I requested an exchange for my Crime Junkie crew neck sweater because the one I received was way too big. Customer service was extremely helpful! Luckily, they had the right size for me and I received the new one in 2 business days! I was impressed with how quickly it got to me! Thank you!!
Great customer service! I emailed them on a Sunday morning and they responded within minutes! I was sent a faulty sweatshirt and they replaced it with no issued.
I had ordered merch from my favorite podcast and the pants were ripped when I took them out of the bag. I sent an email stating what happened and asked if there was anyway to get a new pair. I got a response within an hour that my request was processed and will be receiving them soon. Im so happy there was no hassle at all. Awesome customer service!

I recently ordered a few items & received joggers instead of the hoodie I ordered (outfit could be purchased as a set). I emailed their customer support explaining the mistake. I received a reply 4 minutes later!!!!!
To ensure theirs staffs safety & my own during the pandemic, they let me keep the joggers & they are sending me the hoodie!
Not only do I greatly appreciate the extra item. I think it is very admirable that the company is willing to lose a bit of money to protect their staf! I love that message & although I'm new to the site I will be a forever customer because of Fanjoy's high values!

I ordered the wrong size and contacted the company to see if I could make an exchange. They answered right away and were very nice and helpful in processing my exchange.
I accidentally ordered the wrong case for my phone I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and offered to send the right size once the wrong size arrived because they don't do returns or exchanges on phone cases. Overall very please with the customer service and how fast they got back to me. Five stars from me ð??
I might have a little bit of a shopping addiction so I have dealt with tons of companies and Fanjoy is by far the BEST one I've yet to deal with! There was an issue with my order and I reached out to them and they went above and beyond to accommodate me immediately ... thank you Fanjoy! I would 100% recommend them to anyone :) shoutout to their customer service team, you guys are amazing!

I had a wonderful experience placing an order with Fanjoy. As soon as my order was placed I received a message that an order confirmation would be sent to me shortly. I was able to chat with their customer service to get the address changed on the order.
They also answered all my questions and guided me where to go on the site to look for my answers.
I read some really awful reviews online - and please note, I only just placed my order. However, when I submitted a question regarding my order confirmation, I received a response IMMEDIATELY. The response time is extremely rapid, and the individuals I spoke to at FanJoy were all really, REALLY kind and extremely helpful. They respond immediately, and provide you with any and all information you request. I've had absolutely zero difficulty communicating with this company. Quite frankly, this has been one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever received with an online company. I am just your average everyday person.. I am in no way affiliated, paid for, sponsored by, related to absolutely anything to do with this company. I just want everyone to remember that there is ALOT of competition online, and in my personal opinion, I strongly feel the negative reviewers are simply there to throw of the successful progress of this company.
I personally ally communicates with Raquel, Cherie, Irene - all of which responded kindly, efficiently, and were very helpful. So... please don't believe everything you read online because, I am VERY content with the customer service they provide, and have many friends that have had nothing but positive experiences too.

Had an minor inconvenience with a sweat shirt order, however Irene and the rest of the Customer Service team answered quickly and extremely friendly. I appreciate the quick resolution and I definitely still do recommend Fanjoy :)
