I will do what I can to correct the problem, I dropped the ball and apologize for that, and I will do what I can to get back on trackI will give [redacted] and [redacted] a call, to try and work through this with themI will call 12/16/in the morning

HelloThis complaint was forwarded to myself after a Famous Footwear store received itI work for Caleres, the parent company of Famous Footwear, and handle all Revdex.com cases.In May, the customer made a purchase at our store and returned it a few days later (5/28)We had transaction information for
the return, but the refund itself was never processedUpon further research, it seems that the refund was done incorrectly due to a keypad issueAt this time, we are attempting to push her credit through to her cardIf we are unable to do so, we will be mailing her a check refund insteadThe customer will be taken care of on our end.Please let me know if there are further questions or concerns.Sarah J***
