 I have sent way too many emails since the first day of receiving the email saying it was on back order until December requesting a full refund regardless if the fram3: ended up in stock. I might of kept them due to urgency if I had gotten an answer right after receiving the "incorrect" info and not three days later (after I attempted many phone calls as well) where in the meantime I had to buy other glasses. Now it's as if the requests for a refund have been ignored and the glasses have been sent anyways where I now have to waste my time to return them, causing all parties more unecessary efforts. And as if a refund was such a big deal till today they are still trying to get me to stay with the glasses by offering a meager $50 dollars of discount as if that would make up for all of this headache. I have already printed out the [redacted] return label and if any charges come up to send it back I will not pay for them and will still firmly require my refund. This has prolonged way too much longer then it ever had to.

We apologize; the lenses for this frame are extremely custom; and the way the frame is curved increases the chances of inspection failure. Again,when I ordered my glasses on Feb *,2016, it took 4 weeks to finally get them.I emailed several times about my order. Not one time did the company contact me and give me any info,NO COMMUNICATION unless I inetiated it. Then when I recieved them,it was not right RX. I called and I had to pay to have them shipped back to fix the RX. I also included my original paper RX with the glasses. Not a single phone call to varify or discusss my rx or options. It was another 2+ weeks until I got my glasses,which were the same wrong RX. I made several attempts of communication and all I recieved was excuse after excuse,even hung up on and oncve put on hold for over 45min. Meanwhile I have now paid $148 for frames,wrong RX,shipping back and forth. I still have no glasses with the right RX,out $150 and all this time and headach of what I feel as fraud.I talked to Emmie several times about this mess,she did tell me that she was going to refund my money and email me a return lable and I would send back. I feel that if I send back the glasses,I will not get my money back,due to the situation ongoing. Also,the card that I used to pay back in Feb is closed for almost 2 months now,I gave Emmie the new card info and also told her that the money she claims to have returned didnt happen due to account closed and checking with bank...no records of any money trying to be refunded from ez contacts. I am a single mother on a budget,I cant afford to pay another $150 dollars. I have bifocal rx,If the optomitrist was truly that,then the Dr would have known that by reading my RX. When on hold,the automated recording talks about ez contacts calling to discuss the rx and options...NEVER HAPPENED. Also,I recieved an email after this complaint about giving me a month of contacts for free. I dont wear them. If your willing to give me something that I dont use,why am I not getting offered to comp my order and have them shipped over night. I want my order with the right RX,a call to discuss my options and to have any additional charges waived,over night shipping and lenses to lab and rx done by Thursday,June *,2016. I also want a refund of $30 for the shipping I had to pay and for my time,stress and major inconvience I would like to have sunglasses , my choice(i ordered some and had to cancle order due to this mess...order #[redacted])with my RX at no cost to me. Also same priority as the eyeglasses...lab work and over night shipping. That STILL is a ridiculous "solution" offered. I would still be out money due to the extra cost of the full price optometrist boxes. (Not to mention shipping them back.) And I see the business still REFUSES to acknowledge the fact that they blatantly LIED to me to fraudulently keep my business when I made it clear that I NEEDED those contacts within a week or I would have to cancel. There is no spinning that as anything but fraud. They can't even TRY to claim it was an error. The e-mail came jsut 3 hours afer my e-mail saying I would need to cancel if they didn't get sent. So, since they can't try to excuse their fraudulent behavior, they instead ignore it and hope I go away. I won't.

 I have been waiting over 1 month for these glasses and it took filing a complaint to finally get them to send out the glasses that were in Italy? How does the frame mysteriously come from Italy in less than 1 day? I want some sort of discount on this for my inconvenience maybe 25 percent refunded or whatever you think is appropriate. I do not think its fair I pay full price and be put through this hell. My son started school away at college on September 5th without glasses!! I will have to ship them out to him as soon as I receive them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

 I have requested that the forth item be canceled (and not shipped) for many weeks, sending approximately 6 requests that that order be canceled and the money refunded prior to shipping. Since you did not cancel that order as requested, I ask again that YOU pay for return shipping - which you should have paid on the other return as well... although, as with most all my communications, the requests have been ignored.

At the time of being issued the RMA to return the glasses I was quoted an in-stock of 3-5 days.  The warranty claim filed by ez contacts with luxottica glasses was not timely.  Furthermore the glasses, once in stock, where shipped to an incorrect address with total disregard to the paperwork sent to them by me.  After notifying them of the error they indicated they had not yet been picked up by [redacted] and they would correct their mistake.  They didn't.    Finally after over a month, many emails, and countless phone calls I received the glasses today.
