Again,when I ordered my glasses on Feb *,2016, it took weeks to finally get them.I emailed several times about my orderNot one time did the company contact me and give me any info,NO COMMUNICATION unless I inetiated itThen when I recieved them,it was not right RXI called and I had to pay to have them shipped back to fix the RXI also included my original paper RX with the glassesNot a single phone call to varify or discusss my rx or optionsIt was another 2+ weeks until I got my glasses,which were the same wrong RXI made several attempts of communication and all I recieved was excuse after excuse,even hung up on and oncve put on hold for over 45minMeanwhile I have now paid $for frames,wrong RX,shipping back and forthI still have no glasses with the right RX,out $and all this time and headach of what I feel as fraud.I talked to Emmie several times about this mess,she did tell me that she was going to refund my money and email me a return lable and I would send backI feel that if I send back the glasses,I will not get my money back,due to the situation ongoingAlso,the card that I used to pay back in Feb is closed for almost months now,I gave Emmie the new card info and also told her that the money she claims to have returned didnt happen due to account closed and checking with bank...no records of any money trying to be refunded from ez contactsI am a single mother on a budget,I cant afford to pay another $dollarsI have bifocal rx,If the optomitrist was truly that,then the Dr would have known that by reading my RXWhen on hold,the automated recording talks about ez contacts calling to discuss the rx and options...NEVER HAPPENEDAlso,I recieved an email after this complaint about giving me a month of contacts for freeI dont wear themIf your willing to give me something that I dont use,why am I not getting offered to comp my order and have them shipped over nightI want my order with the right RX,a call to discuss my options and to have any additional charges waived,over night shipping and lenses to lab and rx done by Thursday,June *,I also want a refund of $for the shipping I had to pay and for my time,stress and major inconvience I would like to have sunglasses , my choice(i ordered some and had to cancle order due to this mess...order #***)with my RX at no cost to meAlso same priority as the eyeglasses...lab work and over night shippingAttached is the emails between myself and EZ Contacts including dates and times and call lengths as well as names of people I tried to speak withThank you,

We very much apologize for this confusion. The way our system works upon placing the order we authorize the full amount and then charge the order as they get ready to process. The Original Authorized amount disappears as soon as the charges are done. Since our site was recently redone and this setup...

is new; we are realizing that it confuses customers. We are working on fixing it to avoid this from happening again in the future.  What he business continues to LIE about...and to not tell you about is that they BLATANTLY LIED to me and that those lied caused me additional costs. I ordered my contact lenses on May *. My credit card was billed IN FULL on May * and I was told that the ones for my left eye would not be shipped yet. On May *, I e-mailed them saying that if those contacts could not ship by the weekend (the [redacted]) that I would have to cancel the order and buy them elsewhere because...they are CONTACT LENSES and I needed them to see. I could not wait. 3 hours later, I received an e-mail from them claiming that they had shipped. Again..this was on May *. But I later founded out that they didn't ship until May [redacted]..a WEEK LATER. And I didn't get them until the [redacted]. By then, it was too late. I was forced to purchase a set at full price at my optometrist. This is a set that I DID NOT NEED and would not have had to buy if they hadn't lied to me on May *. Again..had I known that they would not ship until the [redacted], I would have canceled my order. When I told them that, they sent out the FALSE e-mail claiming they had shipped in an effort to fraudulently keep my order active. So any response that they give back that DOESN'T mention that May * e-mail is meaningless. THAT is what this is all about. I will gladly forward that e-mail to the Revdex.com for your records.I want AT LEAST half of that order back. Their offer of $15 or "some extra contacts" (which is silly since I already have more than I need now) was ridiculous considering their lies. If they double their offer to $30, I would be satisfied. And I don't even know if they actually GAVE me back that $15 since they ceased all communications with me

On 5/**/17, I received a voice message stating that the glasses had shipped. If they were fixing them I did not understand how they shipped so fast.  They told me earlier that they were going to make the glasses tighter to see if this fixed the problem, as well as fix the lopsidedness.  I received the glasses today, 5/**/17, and one side is tight, but the other side has not been tightened, and it is falling off and very loose.  The glasses are still lopsided, and by the look of the glasses and the lopsidedness you can tell the glasses are fake.  The glasses were shipped on 5/**/17, the same day I contacted the Revdex.com, so I do not know how this business had time to finish fixing the glasses.  I had just talk to them and they said they were still working on the glasses.  I would like a full refund immediately, and I am not paying to ship these glasses back.  I believe these glasses are fake coach glasses, because the ones I tried on at a store that were real when I got my prescription fitted wonderfully.  I have been treated, so unbelievably terrible by this company and will never deal with them again. These glasses are definitely not real coach glasses, and I do not want them fixing these glasses anymore, because if they wanted to fix them they would have done it already.  I do not trust this company.  I want a full refund immediately.
