I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I still do strongly believe that they should change their policy and add a choice of simply checking your credit score for $1, as opposed to demanding you cancel the $21.95 membership in order to simply check your credit score.

I am sorry if I was not clear about my issue with several of your websites.Yes I had a membership for 9.95 and when I decided to upgrade to a bureau report and score which you just quoted for 24.95,and which was advertised on the website and I saw every time I logged in.I was trying to order them for 24.95 but when I tried to check out the website was trying to charge me 39.95.I then called in to try and get the advertised price of 24.95 and was told no it was 39.95 and the person insisted that was the price.For which my answer was you cannot advertise one price then charge another.That was my issue with
