We have, as a courtesy, issued a refund totaling $21.95 on October 19, 2017. Our records indicate that a complimentary Experian(R) credit report and score, along with a trial membership in Experian Credit TrackerSM, was ordered on January 31, 2014, utilizing a [redacted] Card with the last four digits [redacted]. Since the complimentary trial membership was not cancelled in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the card provided was charged our monthly membership fee on February 9, 2014 and on or about the 9th of each subsequent month.
Additionally, our records show that you contacted [redacted] on August 6, 2015, and stated that you are the holder of the [redacted] Card, did not open the account in question and believed that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party. In response, [redacted] cancelled the membership, issued a refund of $24.95 to your card.
Since you believe that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party, we encourage you to file a police report and to watch your accounts carefully in the event of other fraudulent use.

In response to this complaint, on November 14, 2016, we have cancelled both memberships. As a courtesy, on November 14, 2016, we have issued a refund of the initial fees of $2.00.
