I accept the refund from Experian but it is not sufficient to cover all the charges made by Experian which amounted to $21.95 times 12 which equals $263.40. My bank has now cancelled the credit card in question as on the one occasion that I spoke to somebody from Experian they gave me a name for said account which was not mine. The name was Christopher C. I have no knowledge of this person. When I told my bank the card was immediately cancelled by my bank. At no time did I ever agree in any way to sign up for any Experian account other than a totally free account which was offered through my [redacted] The Experian representative that I spoke to finally also told me that I had only a free account.Also the many attempts to reach Experian and discuss this issue is totally unacceptable. Each time I tried to contact Experian I was left on hold for 3 hours or more and then disconnected. This happened each and every time I called apart from the one short conversation that I had before I was again disconnected..I am not the only person this happens to. If you search Experian account on the web it is full of people saying exactly what I have told you. Being put on hold for hours on end and then getting disconnected. Consequently these issues never get resolved for the consumer. It is dreadful business practice and designed to deter people from contacting Experian for resolution. When

report is ready to view. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with
this report, we will not charge your credit card. Please note this
transaction is non-refundable. We have issued a credit for $39.95 on November 25, 2015. When we issue a credit it takes 24 hours to post
to your financial institution, however it can take from 3 - 5 days for them to
post the funds to your account. It is also important to note that this refund

There's just one problem with this this narrative that was put out. I never placed the order. Not even for a trial membership. I have capital one and can look at my credit for free any time I please. The rep at the credit company assured me that the account was never used, and I wasn't aware of the account until I called my card company and asked what that charge was at the time thinking it was a one time charge, that when I was informed it was being billed monthly and who it was from. I changed my card to stop these charges because they were not authorized by me nor did I set up and account for even a trial membership. . So, who buys a product for hundreds of dollars and never uses it, not me. Who sets up an account and doesn't know the account number, know it exists, or know an email address attached to it. Not me. They owe me a refund for the full amount the charged me and this is pretty much fraud. I had to get a new card last month to stop the charges. Does that sound like someone who ordered a product? BTW, no such refund was sent to my card, because they no longer have my card number and I would never give it to them for this fiasco to start all over again. They also never emailed me. I told this rep I haven't had a Yahoo account since the breech way back when and she told me she would send m confirmation to the email address on file, duh, I just told her that account was hacked along with everyone else's years ago and I haven't used it since. This isn't rocket science. They made a mistake this isn't one me this is on them.
