The product that you ordered was a 3 bureau credit report and score. This product is not included in the trial offer and is always advertised as for fee. The price for this product and the accompanying scores that you ordered were listed in two places on the order form. We do not normally refund these purchases as they are delivered instantly online at the time of order.
At the time of cancellation, a one month courtesy refund was issued for $39.95. It is also important to note that this refund should appear on your next credit card statement.

[I would like for a Senior Mangement person to contact me directly as I need to determine why am I not able to access my report online, and most importantly what needs to be done to resolve this issue. Experian is the only agency that I have trouble viewing my online report, Transunion and Equifax work fine. I am requesting to speak to some one from the executive office that can investigate this matter and not generate a generic response letter to me.]

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I would recommend to the business, though, that they revised the method in which the terms of the membership are conveyed, so that customers are sufficiently warned that the monthly fees are non-refundable once they are charged, or better yet to implement a grace period wherein customers can cancel their membership if they discover after the fact that they are being charged for a monthly service that they may not have been aware of or understood that they were being enrolled in.
