I cancelled this on Oct. 10 When I realized that they charged me 59.95 On Dec 7th I called back again to ask why they had taken this after I cancelled this service you had 7 days to cancel that's when the representative said she would make sure it did not come out again so they owe me an additional 29.95

I can't possibly have any documentation since the account was illegally opened by a criminal. And supported by this fraudulent company.
Since the Revdex.com won't hold companies policies to a higher standard then I guess that's why credit card fraud is so rampant.

conditions of the offer, including billing at the end of the $1(dollar) 7-day trial and monthly thereafter unless and until the customer notifies us of their wish to cancel. This was agreed to when submitting the order. Our records indicate that [redacted] enrolled with Experian Credit TrackerSM on April 2, 2015. The membership was not cancelled within the $1.00(dollar) 7-day trial period. Consequently, in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the credit card provided was charged our monthly membership fee of $21.95 on April 9, 2015. On April 11, 2015, we received notification from you to cancel the membership. As a courtesy, we have issued a refund of the monthly membership fee, $21.95, on April 18, 2015. Please allow 3-5 business days for these funds to process to your credit card account. It is also important to note that this refund should appear on your next credit card statement.We strive for exceptional customer satisfaction and hope we have addressed your area of concern to your expectation.

It is nice to see that the company keeps notes in their system... it is unfortunate that they did not record the true root cause of the issue.
Rather than accepting responsibility for their errors, they choose to state that my CC was not able to be processed. Their system failed to update the CC information properly and they continued to bill the OLD card. Updating the information again was not an option since it was showing correct information on my end.
Since this company chooses to ignore their responsibility to their customers and pretend they are providing customer service; I choose to close my account with the company and have already done so.
