Jonathan p. Is very honest and professional I will definitely recommend him and his company thanks for the great work!
Just had my first experience with Emergency Air and I have to say they were just amazing! They were fast and efficient, and really saved the day not only for my house but for my family! One technician in particular who went above and beyond was Cory. Not only did he fix our problem but was so understanding with my young children. I couldn't have asked for a better tech to come out!!! Thanks so much!
I had some issues with my Ac and emergency air came out to fix it. They sent their technician Jonathon and he was very polite and professional. He quickly found the issue with my Ac and fixed it, also set me up with a free maintenance prog for a year!! I thought that was great customer service and it made me feel like they were honest and fair!
Emergency Air was definitely a great company to work with. My A/C was going out and a tech was dispatched and they confirmed that my unit was going out. The next day they did the early morning install. The techs were fantastic, they were quick, efficient, and very polite. The duct work and the steel work was done to perfection and the unit looks and works great. I have already told some friends about Emergency Air. Great price and a job well done. I highly recommend them if your A/C needs to be replaced.
[redacted] provided exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We are extremely pleased with the level of service he provided and I would not hesitate to recommend [redacted] to other customers.
Review: I just recently bought a home and this company continually calls me. I have spoke directly to the company advising them I am on a national do not call list and I have left 4 messages. I am fed up. They are bothering me and I can not take it any longer. I have read so many complaints online about the same issue with other homeowners so I am reporting it for myself.Desired Settlement: Remove my number from any calling list.

Review: This company calls DAILY and multiple times at that. My number is registered on the National DO NOT CALL LIST and yet this company thinks they are above regulations and calls any ways. I've asked numerous of times to remove my number from their database as I DO NOT and WILL NOT use their services. Their business practices are horrible and no one should support a business whose practices lack tremendously. Why do they feel pestering citizens will attrack business? I want my number removed from their database once and for all. Further LEGAL action will be taken for harrasment!Desired Settlement: Remove my information from your system. Don't call numbers registered on the National DO NOT CALL LIST! Find alternative business practices!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
Had a bad experience with other companies they told me there was nothing for me to do but BUY a new air conditioning unit. I went out on a limb and had emergency air come out , I am pleases to announce this will be the only company I will be using. The young man who came out (Scott) was friendly and honest. He explained everything he was doing and took pictures to show me . he was very fast and efficient I look forward to seeing a lower electronic bill.
I want to say a few words about the great customer service experience I had with [redacted] from Emergency Air. He came for a routine maintenance for my roof AC unit. I voiced to him some concerns I had about the airflow in certain parts of my home. He explained the reasons for it and suggested some options. I was pleased with the quality of the expertise and his level of explanation to me. He conducted himself in a professional manner and suggested some other services to help enhance the overall performance of my AC. I have worked with Emergency Air before and I would highly recommend them for all your AC and or Heating needs.
Review: When I purchased my house, I received a call from Emergency Air and they told me that they shipped a box of gift cards in a blue box. I told them I never received this box and they said they would send it with the technician on the day of the free AC check up. I called the morning of to verify he would bring them and I was assured that he would. When he arrived he claimed to know nothing about it.
My coworker [redacted] had the exact same thing happen to him which seems a little to coincidental.
Since this free check up, they have been calling me about 3-5 times per week and I continue to receive calls from them almost every other day even after I have asked them to remove me from their list. I purchased my house in December of 2014, I am still receiving calls in September 2015.
My coworker Matt also gets about 3 calls a week from them. He purchased a house about the same time that I purchased a house.
I am getting seriously frustrated with them and am beginning to lose my temper more with every call. If I receive any additional calls from them I will be VERY upset.
The number that they are calling from is [redacted] I can send you a screenshot of my call log if you would like to see it.Desired Settlement: I wish to no longer receive any phone calls or type of advertising from this organization, unless they want to send me a box of gift cards like they originally claimed they would.
I received a phone call a cpl days by an appointment setter at first I was annoyed but the lady on the other end had such a sweet voice I kept listening. Long story short she got me to agree to have one of their highly trained technicians come check out my a/c unit. I am very happy with the outcome! Scott (my tech) went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were happy. I will recommend emergency air and Scott.
Jonathan P[redacted] from Emergency Air was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of repairing my AC unit. These summer days are brutal and he was truly a lifesaver!
My AC broke unexpectedly and emergency air sent a tech right away. My tech Jonathan P., was awesome. He was knowledgeable about my unit and what was wrong with it. He wasn't a pushy sales guy.
I found emergency air very professional, on time, and above all honest!
I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. I have had other AC companies come and check my unit, they told me several things that were wrong that needed to be fixed, quite expensive too. Then emergency air came out they said those things aren't a problem I don't need to do a thing to them they said those things aren't a problem I don't need to do a thing to them at this time. WOW! Thanks emergency air! by [redacted].
O.K. so it is 111 degrees and my elderly (84) neighbor calls her maintenance agreement provider ([redacted]) and is told they cannot come until tomorrow. Told her to reset her T-Stat and then check for air flow. She climbs on the stepstool and falls and is in Emergency Room with head injury as I write this. I have met Emergency Air at a vendor show in Sun City West. These guys showed up within 30 minutes. Cory H[redacted] was the nicest most professional HVAC tech ever! He found the problem put in a $203 part and had a emergency service call and changed nothing, I mean NOTHING! He heard the story and called his boss Jason and said he only wanted to come back to meet her and do a complete checkup on her unit. This service is over and beyond on an early evening and needs to be recognized as a company that truly is about service!
