I had a guy by the name of Jonathon come out and check our system. He set us up on a plan and couldn't be happier with his friendly service!

This business is what all businesses should want to be. Their level of professionalism goes way beyond a concept, business practice or motto. It is an every day characteristic that the employees present and display. I bought a new air conditioner and heater from Jonathan P. He represents the company to the utmost degree. He is willing to go above and beyond. I can tell he love his job and working for this company. That is a great indication of a professional and supportive work environment! In the last month I have recommended emergency air to a number of different people. In this day and age it is hard to find a company that will not nickel and dime you. Emergency air completes that task at a very competitive rate, quickly and effectively at the home owners need! Jonathan has done a wonderful job on both my own air conditioner as well as one of my friends. I would recommend this company to anyone!

When we are experiencing a heat wave in Phoenix and your air goes out, it is a true EMERGENCY. Emergency Air was fast, reliable, and professional. The tech, Cory, was patient with my two toddlers running around. He understood that no air for our asmatic son was a huge concern. He assured me that he would fix the problem and did it right the first time! Thank you Emergency Air, for listening and solving our issue. We have used others in the past, but from now on Emergency Air (specifically Cory) will be the only call I make. I highly recommend, them to my friends and family.

I had an appointment for Friday between 12-4pm. No one showed. No one called. I called at 530 and was told they were not going to make it. They rescheduled for Saturday 12 -4pm. I told them I was leaving my house at 4pm and that showing at 330 was not an option for Saturday. Because they were a no call no show, I said I expected to be the next morning call. They said they would do the best they could. Saturday, no one showed. They called at 315pm and asked that we call them back. I called at 330 and got the answering service. They called the tech who called and said he was coming to us next - even though I had said I was leaving at 4pm. They explained that they had emergency calls with customers. I have a 5 year service warranty, am selling my house, have a home inspector showing on Monday and that I needed them Friday for emergency repair. At least come Saturday. They said they had other emergencies. I am sorry, I am the emergency with a 5 year $1600 contract and a previous day no show/ no call. I am the emergency. I asked what I was supposed to do. The man said, and I quote, "I don't know what to tell you." Wrong answer. I said I want the owner to call me on Monday. He said he would have the GM call me. I said if the GM called, they were fired, I wanted my prorated service fee back for 4 years, and that I would report to the AZ Revdex.com. Nothing.

Cory at Emergency Air has been extremely helpful in several situations regarding our families AC needs. Not only would we highly recommend him, we would not want to work with anyone else because of his professionalism and integrity.

My name is [redacted] and I am a [redacted] living on fixed income. Ive dealt with about 6 A/C companies over the past 16 years and for the most part...they are ALL getting into your pocket for something more than you really need. I had just about lost my faith with the Corporation end of things when I was introduced by chance to Emergency Air.
I bought a new home. It had a 17 year old AC unit and I knew walking in that it needed replacing so I replaced it.
As public records go...I was solicited for a free AC check up by this company.
I figured this would be fun to see how much stuff my new AC unit needed.
I was serviced by a young man called [redacted] who went right to work.
I was shocked to the point of being aghast when [redacted] returned telling me my AC unit was new and perfectly fine and needed nothing more than a suggested "start -assist" capacitor. I was actually GIVEN...(free of any money outages whatsoever) a years service contract which actually gets me two more checkups in the next 12 months.
This is a first for me here. I was treated with respect and dignity and wasnt targeted for a sale or even slightly badgered.
Now I dont know about you but its hard if not impossible to find an honest business these days. But some of my faith in the Country was returned when [redacted] laid out a no bull and detailed explanation of what was done. [redacted] even wen BACK UP ON THE ROOF and removed some of the un necessary shipping hardware that was left on the unit after installation of my new unit.
So...if you need an AC unit or AC service Im going to tell you and ALL my friends to support an honest business and use with confidence the services Emergency Air DOES provide. Thank You Emergency Air. Your honesty and your old fashioned ethics in business has earned you my loyalty AND my nod of approval with a recommendation! God Bless

Now a days it seems everyone is out to get something especially once they see a woman.

But I called Emergency Air and I had the best experience ever the Tech guy Scott C. was the best not only did he have great customer service skills but he took the time out to draw out the account unit and the adjustments that needed to be worked on within my unit.

Hands down the tech is the best ever and this company is lucky to have him.

Cory with emergency air was wonderful. We set up a check up with emergency air because our electric bills have been really high. We knew it was about time for a new unit and Cory was exceptional with helping us find the perfect unit for our home, for a reasonable price. He also helped us get financing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent the time with us to help solve our problems! :-)

Dealing with Emergency Air, LLC started with a cold call to my cell phone. While on the phone I realized I forgot to get my A/C inspected and the forecast was at 116 degrees outside! I immediately setup an appointment 2 weeks out, after looking up their reviews while I was on the phone.

I was called the day prior and 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Jonathon P showed up and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and even gave me tips to fix some issues even if I didn't sign up for their maintenance program. Well after all was said and done, I feel like I did the right thing by signing up to so I could get the full life out of my A/C units which will actually save my family money in the long run.

I highly recommend Emergency Air, LLC especially if you're in a situation like mine where you set your A/C unit to a certain temperature and figure it should work. Very important if you want to get some sleep during the Summers in AZ!

I had a new ac/heating system installed, and I had a wonderful experience. the Techs that came out were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. they explained in detail to me how to work the new thermostat. they were very courteous and professional. they were also dressed professionally. they took out my old system without damaging anything and worked diligently to install the new one. it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a new system.
