I have known Jonathen P[redacted] for some time now and after numerous occasions of asking him to take a look at my 29 year old AC do to expensive breakdowns he finally convinced me to take the leap and buy a new AC in the end my monthly payments combined with my electric bill are still much cheaper then what I was paying in just electric with my old AC. Jon put me in the right AC that fit my personal needs without overselling me. Upon completeing my application Emergancy Air was prompt to get my AC installed within half a day. All the workers and employees I encountered had ecellent and professional service if I had to do it all over agian id absolutly choose Emergancy Air and I would certainly recommend them to my friends. No hassle no fuss just streight forward upfront professional service at the right price. Thanks Jon!!!!! Because of you my days are cooler!!!

Replacing 2 older HVAC units can be a challenging experience but Emergency Air made the process "painless". We were particularly impressed with their planning, timeliness, clean-up and most importantly, professionalism. Plaudits to [redacted]l (Marketing), [redacted] (Service) and [redacted] (Installation)! Also, we signed up for a 10 year service agreement.

Beware - Yet another Air Conditioning company in Phoenix using random outbound calls in place of Marketing.
I have been listed on the Do Not Call list for many years and still get calls but only from the same ###-###-#### number as different companies.
Each time I advise of the Do Not Call list and they claim to take me off but never do. Address/location is the same. The person who called me was more friendly this time and willingly provided the website and the Revdex.com rating.

I had Cory come out to look into a clogged main drain line. What he found was much worse then I had expected. Once Cory provided all the information regarding the issues at hand with no BS. I was able to make an informed decision on what I needed to do. He was very informative and professional and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need nor did he try to make things look better then what they were. He told me straight out the issues and what was the best solution.

Jonathon from Emergency Air was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and made this a very easy process for us.

Go a phone call a couple nights ago telling me about their maintenance check special for $29.95. when I told the gentleman that I had three separate units, he asked to put me on hold while he asked his supervisor what the could do. After thirty seconds he came back online and said they could do all three for $89.85 which Iaccepted and set up the appointment for two days later. I was told I would receive two followup calls, one the night before and one just before the appointment window to confirm and that I needed to confirm on the service day, which was completely understandable. The calls were made as promised and a neatly dressed professional arrived on time, inspected and tested each unit and gave me a few recommendations for repair. He also offerred a multi-year maintenance plan, all of which I declined. I paid my $89.95 and was thanked for my business. No issues or complaints and I will keep them in mind for future needs and recommend yhem to others. No unpleasant surprises and quick and efficient at doing their job. Great Job by all!

I had the pleasure of having Jonathon P. come out, after-hours, to look at why my AC was not blowing cold air. He was professional and had my AC blowing cold again within 30 minutes of arriving. Although I do have a home warranty and had already put in a call to them, Emergency Air truly stood up to their name and helped us out for our "emergency air" issue! I've recommended Jonathon P. and Emergency Air to co-workers and they also have been very satisfied with the service they received. I keep Emergency Air contact info on speed-dial just in case I have another situation that requires immediate attention!

Our AC stopped working late one Sunday evening. We worried we wouldn't be able to find someone until Monday yet Jonathon with Emergency Air, came right away & had the problem fixed within no time!

It is really hard to find anyone, especially companies that aren't after the all mighty dollar. After being sick and dealing with financial hardship, I kept asking God for a break. This morning I woke up to water running thinking something was wrong with my toliet. Nope, it was my A/C leaking through my vents and on my roof. When Cory H[redacted] arrived, he explained in great detail what was going on. He broke down all the costs for me and when he gave me the total of $700, I burst into tears. I went into my den while I waited for him to write out the final ticket. When he asked for my card, he explained he would only be charging me $119.00 because he understands what people go through and it wasn't just him, but the belief of the entire company. Of course, I burst into tears again because it was an anwered prayer. Cory took care of me with the utmost professionalism and is a true example of customer service. I will never use another company.

Thank you so much to Cory and Emergency Air!!! Also in the recommendations, Cory wrote "Prayers be with you." I will stand behind this company and their core beliefs in every way possible.

This company is great! They came to look at my air conditioner because it wasn't cooling, Jonathon came in and was really honest and did a great job. We didn't get over charged and really appreciate how quickly it was all completed!

Review: Will not stop calling me almost daily twice a day. Never removes my number from their list even though I'm on THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Apparently they believe that doesn't apply to them.Desired Settlement: Stop calling me.
