complaint.  However, as of the writing of this response, Ms. [redacted] has not returned our calls.  We're happy to visit with Ms. [redacted] and provide her with as much detail as possible about the credit inquiry. I am rejecting this response because: The banker I opened the account with never informed me that I was authorizing consent for a credit check. Once I realized this had been done I revoked it via email, I have that email. I continued to receive inquiries. This answer is not satisfactory.

level. In an effort to resolve this matter amicably, the full amount in question has been refunded.

I reject the response due to the fact that I had to file a complaint in order to get an understanding. I as a customer should be treated fairly no matter my financial situation. Upon speaking with [redacted] we came to the payment agreement, the payment was made Monday October 26, 2015 but I was informed no action would be stopped until the documents were received. Shortly after the documents were faxed I made attempt to reach Mr [redacted] on more than one occasion today is Wednesday October 28, and I have yet to receive a response from him.

We want to thank Mr. [redacted] for bringing this matter to our attention.  We will use the lessons learned from the recorded calls to enhance our member communications.  With that said, we want to make sure that Mr. [redacted] knows that his refinance loan was approved on August 12, 2016, the...

date of his initial call.  His request for a deferral of payment was subsequently approved on August 15, 2016.  EECU has, on several occasions, reached out to Mr. [redacted] regarding his loan approval.  As of the time of the writing of this response, we have not heard back from Mr. [redacted] regarding his acceptance of the loan. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this inquiry and look forward to working with Mr. [redacted].
