EECU is not an equal housing lender
All I can say is this is the first of many platforms that I will tell you guys why not to bank at EECU anymore. I have a 780 score with 0 delinquent account on my credit. I have never had a bankruptcy or had a loan problem until now. I've been banking with EECU since I was a student and have done multiple car loans with them that have been paid off. Their mortgage department loan officers Trudy Brandon and Trisha are not all on the same page. Diane Morales, the supervisor, didn't want to take my calls after she knew Trudy messed up and had me pay off all my bills. And after all that, they still told me I didn't qualify due to the debt to income ratio. Mind you, I paid off $60,000 off my credit report. Trudy kept saying they follow Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines which have had government bailouts. The moral of the story is they are not an equal housing lender and after all they have put me through Trudy was still asking me to come up with $23,000 down. What a joke of a bank. If I didn't have a loan with EECU right now I would close all my accounts with them and never do business again. Do yourself a favor and do business with a bank that appreciates you and does make you feel like you have rat credit or you can't pay your bills.

EECU has discussed this matter with Mr [redacted] on numerous occasions in the not too distant past As of the time of the writing of this response, EECU has reached out to Mr [redacted] to explain the accuracy of the credit reporting EECU was unable to reach Mr [redacted] EECU will continue its efforts to contact Mr [redacted]

After several unanswered calls to Mr [redacted] , we were able to reach him and resolve this matter to the satisfaction of both parties Based on our understanding of the facts, the late payment resulted from a dispute between Mr [redacted] and his insurer regarding the insurance deductible We routinely communicate with our members during these types of trying situations, both by phone and correspondence, and are happy to report that Mr [redacted] has paid the loan in full and this matter has been resolved We thank the Revdex.com for its time and attention to this matter

I reject the response due to the fact that I had to file a complaint in order to get an understandingI as a customer should be treated fairly no matter my financial situationUpon speaking with [redacted] we came to the payment agreement, the payment was made Monday October 26, but I was informed no action would be stopped until the documents were receivedShortly after the documents were faxed I made attempt to reach Mr [redacted] on more than one occasion today is Wednesday October 28, and I have yet to receive a response from him

Respectfully, as we mentioned in our earlier response, the credit inquiry is the result of an auto loan application Ms [redacted] made through a third-party car dealership Certainly, if Ms [redacted] contends that the inquiry was not legitimate, we would ask that Ms [redacted] call EECU’s Chief Lending Officer who has left her telephone messages We are happy to visit with Ms [redacted] at any time I hope that this response resolves and finalizes this matterWe sincerely appreciate the opportunity to address Ms [redacted] ’s concerns

The business response was that the amount of the force-placed insurance was refunded back to my account - that is what SHOULD have been done on one of the several occasions that I called them, I faxed the info to them, I uploaded the info to them or my agent called them
Instead, their lack of customer service caused me a significant amount of time and frustration to resolve AND an additional $in my monthly paymentMy time is worth something, the processes EECU has put in place for this are inadequate and have cost me time at work and an additional $in my monthly car payment - which they do not even acknowledge in their response
My request for compensation of my time and the additional $in my car payment that I had to make because they took over a month to resolve this stands
