The response from EECU is inaccurate again, just like their reporting to the credit reportsI had a representative from EECU call me instead of responding in writingI explained to him again my dissatisfaction and he stated that he would look into it moreHe did call me back and leave me a voicemail stating that he had some new informationI called him minutes after getting the voicemailThere was no answer so I left a voicemailI still have not heard back from there and have tried a number of times to call them back with no response or return callI believe that this again shows the lack of commitment to accurately report informationThe experiences that I have had with them over the past situation is beyond belief and totally unsatisfactoryThey could careless how they are affecting their clients and customers with the mishandling of information.

Respectfully, we must disagree with Mr*** assertions. We would also like to point out that Mr***’ allegations arise from a lawful vehicle repossession occurring on or about November 25, 2013. We are puzzled as to why Mr*** is making this Revdex.com complaint almost 2-1/years after the date giving rise to Mr***’ alleged concerns. While we have empathy for Mr***, as we stated in our earlier response, we have thoroughly evaluated this matter and have determined that our credit bureau reporting is accurate. We have no records of any damage allegedly caused to Mr***’ vehicle by our actions. Had damages occurred to Mr***’ vehicle, he or his legal counsel certainly would have been obligated to put us on notice of such matters in a timely manner, something he and his legal counsel wholly failed to do. Mr*** assertion of a "bait n switch" is misplaced. At all times relevant to this matter, it’s our understanding that Mr*** was receiving advice from his legal counsel. Certainly Mr***’ bankruptcy counsel was not confused by a voluntary repossession, an event which is not out of the ordinary in vehicle financing Mr***’ assertion that we would sell collateral for a low price is misguided. Lenders do not repossess collateral with the intention of selling it for less than the maximum value they can obtain under the then current market conditions. Had the vehicle been worth more than the debt owed, Mr*** could have sold the vehicle and satisfied the debt. We believe that we’ve addressed all of Mr***’ assertions and have followed all of our internal policies and procedures and the applicable laws, rules and regulations. Accordingly, we will close our file on this matterWe sincerely appreciate the Revdex.com’s time and attention to this matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I apologize. I did not see a place to write a narrative. There are 3 points. They damaged the truck when they prematurely repossessed it. They did $800 damage rendering the truck illegal to drive at night. I surrendered the vehicle to my attorney voluntarily in good working order. 2. They did a quasi bait n switch by running 3 different people at me demanding different things. Confusing me and the situation. And 3....since the prematurely repossessed it...and sold to a dealer for sale I know they lost no money. As a matter of fact I paid $15000 down and $10000 in payments the first year or so. I want to see what they sold it for from a third party like the auction. Also they took the $700 I had in my savings acct. And now they are double dipping by claiming a loss and charge off of over $10000. If they chose to give the truck away that is their call....but I am not responsible for that. They are damaging my credit without a loss.
