Dear Revdex.com representative,  I am writing in regard to Mr. [redacted] complaint regarding his request for an evaluation. Mr. [redacted] received his completed evaluation report on January 17, 2018. Contrary to the statement in his complaint, Educational Perspectives prioritized his evaluation after he contacted our office on December 27. At that time, he was apprised that due to a high volume of applications, evaluations could not be prepared according to our standard 5-7 day turn-around. Educational Perspectives does not guarantee in any of our materials that a service can be completed in 5 business days. Rather, we offer guaranteed rush services for an additional fee when deadlines absolutely must be met. Our phone records indicate that Mr. [redacted] inquired about rush services and discounted fees on 12/15/17 but he did not request a guaranteed service and aside from his correspondence through the Revdex.com, he has not requested a refund for services from Educational Perspectives.I trust this matter will now be considered resolved.Sincerely,Kenneth [redacted]PresidentEducational Perspectives, nfp

Dear Revdex.com representative, The customer requested an evaluation in 2015 for studies completed at two institutions: [redacted] College of Business Management and [redacted] Studies University. Verified academic records were requested from the customer for both institutions, but...

only one verified academic record was received ([redacted] College of Business Management). A second and third request were sent to the applicant for the missing documentation, but we received only the same documents that were previously submitted. The customer wrote us in January 2016, but gave no indication that he would send the additional missing verified academic records for studies completed at [redacted] Studies University. As a result, his application was in activated. Recently, our staff reached out to the customer as a courtesy to see if he would like to continue with an evaluation and 'reactivate' his file. Our policy is to request an reactivation fee of $60, if applicants have let their applications expire after one year. If we receive no response, the file is permanently closed and any documentation submitted is discarded. We do not understand the nature of this customer's complaint since he hasn't provided the documents needed to complete his service in the three years since his initial request for an evaluation. Unless we receive the remaining required documents we will not be able to complete an evaluation for this customer with or without a reactivation fee.I trust this explanation is satisfactory to close this case.Sincerely,Kenneth [redacted]PresidentEducational Perspectives, nfp

I am rejecting this response: At the very beginning, I notified then if they could not provide evaluation based on documents I already provided, they should refund me! But they replied me with a non refundable policy excuse! I’m totally not satisfied with their attitude and way of treating me — their non refundable policy is not acceptable, since they never provided me with any evaluation service, even no body of this organization instructed me how to cooperate with them to fulfill this evaluation. Therefore, if someone just say their policy is non refundable, but they never provide any service to customers, and still charged customers , this is called defrauding! If this organization still insists they will never refund me, I’ll take a lawsuit against it!

fees, our policies regarding refunds are given on our website, and prospective customers are required to read and confirm they understand the terms and conditions of service, including our refund policy, prior to submitting an application for evaluation. We do not offer refunds after an application has been submitted, except in the case where a customer has overpaid for the services they request. Customers also agree that Educational Perspectives has a right to require that documents for evaluation be sent directly to us from their university in their home country.  In some cases, Educational Perspectives will accept official academic records received in sealed envelopes directly from a customer, provided that the academic records are complete, official, and issued by someone at the institution that has jurisdictional authority for issuing official academic records. The documents received in a sealed envelope from Ms. [redacted], are not official - they do not have official university seals and they are not certified by an official at the university. Additionally, the documents are color photocopies and are not consistent with documentation issued by her university (King Abdulaziz University) in Saudi Arabia. Further, the document copies are not complete as they do not include the reverse sides of the documents which include information about the institution, grading scales, and other important information needed in order to complete an evaluation. As a result of these issues and discrepancies, Ms. [redacted] was requested to make arrangements to have her official academic records sent to Educational Perspectives directly by her university in Saudi Arabia. Contrary to the comments made in Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, it is common practice for King Abdulaziz University to send documents directly. Once these documents are received, we will complete the evaluation of her studies from King Abdulaziz University. Alternatively, Educational Perspectives is willing to contact her university directly to determine the authenticity of the documents she submitted. Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s statements regarding WES or Eastern Michigan University, I have no comment. Sincerely,Kenneth [redacted]PresidentEducational Perspectives, nfp

Dear Revdex.com rep, [redacted] requested an evaluation of his educational credentials from Germany on 9/21/15. He overpaid for the type of evaluation report that was required and he paid for an unnecessary copy of his completed evaluation. As a result of these overpayments,...

Educational Perspectives issued a refund in the amount of $70 on 10/7/15. [redacted]' evaluation report was completed on 9/25/15 and delivered to his address. We have received no phone, email, or other correspondence from this customer to indicate that he is/was in any way dissatisfied with our services, therefore we do not understand why this complaint was initiated. Based on this fact, we see no reason that an additional refund of the amount requested in this complaint should be given. Dear Revdex.com representative, On April 6, 2017, [redacted] submitted an application and payment for evaluation of his credentials; as part of the evaluation process he is required to have official copies of his academic records sent directly from his schools in Kenya and the UK. This...

information is provided to our applicants up front, and they are unable to complete our application unless they agree that they have read and understood our documentation requirements. No correspondence was received from [redacted] until June 7, 2017 in which he requested a cancellation of his evaluation services. On June 8th, our Documentation Staff contacted him to give him the option to keep his account open, until he could submit his academic records, and to explain our refund policy. In order to submit an application for evaluation and make payment, our applicants agree that there will be no refund for services once an application has been submitted; refunds are only submitted in cases of overpayment for services.
