Review: On May **, I responded to something I received in the mail, claiming I had an "Unclaimed Reward". I spoke to a [redacted]. [redacted] told me I would receive a $500.00 card good for stores like [redacted] & [redacted] if I sampled a cream Duplicell is promoting (named Stem Cell Stimulator) & paid $4.95 for shipping. She also told if I did not like the cream I could call in & return it within 2 weeks. As I went through something similar last year, I knew enough to ask questions & 1 question I asked was, who would pay for the return shipping charge if I wanted to return the product. I was told Duplicell would pay the return postage & was given a phone number to call for this.
I've now sampled the cream for a week & find it is no better than the Darphin Serum I presently use, which is less expensive & which I buy locally thus not incurring US exchange & shipping charges.
When I called the number I was given today, I spoke to [redacted] (employee # [redacted]) & told [redacted] I wished to return the cream but was told I would have to pay the return postage myself. I mentioned my conversation with [redacted] but was told that [redacted] had made a mistake.
I make my decisions based on what I am told & if a Duplicell employee made a mistake I should not be penalized for it.
Furthermore, [redacted] who I spoke to today, told me if I don't return the product & pay for the shipping I will be
charged for the entire bottle of cream.
If Duplicell really wants have women sample their cream then maybe they should send a real sample product, not a full bottle which needs to be returned.
The amount of this claim is not large but there is a principal here- I do not like to be lied to or mislead, it is unethical.Desired Settlement: I would like Duplicell to pay for the return postage as [redacted] originally stated & for Duplicell to not debit my VISA for the full bottle of cream as [redacted] threatened today

Review: Charged products but did not sent all the products that were charged for. Dissatisfied with the service and canceled. Cancellation was not as easy as stated by them. Run around to make a cancellation. E-mail not available even though they give one. Phone calling was not easy to communicated with. Free trial is a scam. Customer needs to pay for returning products.Desired Settlement: Send me one RMA #, instead of one # for each product, so I can sent the products back, pay for the return and return my money back to my credit card.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The statement of Duplicell is not totally true. [redacted] was not upset that she had to return the product and that the company did not provide return labels. [redacted] was upset that Duplicell send 3 products of the 5 ordered and got bill for the ones that she did not get. Out of the 5 products, 3 were to be paid for and the other two were free trial, if not satisfied, return the product. She was dissatisfied with the service, not the products. She never opened the products to try them. But because she did not received the products, yet bill for them, she just did not want he products . Sorry service, return the products. Comunication was sorry! Phone answering was sorry! After trying many times to get somebody to response , finally got a person to speak to, just to say that she had to call this other number in order to get a RMA number for each product! What? Their E-mail address is not available! After [redacted] contacted her credit card holder, for them to be aware of this company and not to pay many more money to this business, doing a complaint with Revdex.com against this business. They finally refund the money that was bill. Yet the so call, free trial, still cost her $11.50 and cost them a dissatisfied customer that will not do business with this company again!

Review: First off, I want Revdex.com to know that this product does not provide a list on ingredients on the packaging. Am I misinformed in thinking this is mandatory for beauty products?
The advertisement reads that the consumer can trial this product for fourteen days (14). What the company does not tell you is that the fourteen (14) days begin the moment you order the product online. The product does not arrive until a few days after. I believe their fourteen day trial guarantee is false since the consumer does not have the product for the whole days to trial.
The product smells awful and when I called the number provided, my call was answered by a rude man that laughed at my requests and would not allow me to cancel future orders or return my orders.
Please look into this business, and their advertisement.
Thank YouDesired Settlement: I want to be able to return this awful smelling product and get my money back. I also think they should be investigated for not putting a list of ingredients label on their product. What if someone has an allergy.

[redacted] was given permission and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number on 4/**/15. [redacted] return products still have not been received but in good faith I have issued [redacted] the return of her funds . The confirmation number is the following:04/**/2015 04:33pm By [redacted] - Refunded - $85.97 Trans-ID: [redacted]04/**/2015 04:34pm By [redacted] - Refunded - $89.95 Trans-ID: [redacted]
DUPLICELL IS A OUTRIGHT SCAM...I also was told I would receive a 'free sample' and just pay shipping....$5.95...Two months later unbeknown to me they kept my credit card number and charged by account another $200.00..It was do so unethically on my card by not listing their DUPLICELL name but just a long number with no identification...I thought it was from another company, until I saw it again the next month of March...I was furious and contacted [redacted] to tell them that I never ordered anything ongoing from this company who lists New York as their address but works out of the United States in Canada...I found out they had bilked hundreds of unsuspecting people out of their credit cards numbers with this ongoing SCAM....THE SAMPLE PRODUCT SENT SO IRRITATED MY SKIN I HAD TO DISPOSE OF IT...Diplicelll does not care...They just want to bill you monthly for a underperforming creme that they claim is a MIRACLE FACE THERAPY...PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM..I had my attorney call to tell them we would informed the Consumer Protection agency of this bilking of thousands of dollars from people who had no idea they were recording our credit card information and billing us almost $100 per month for a worthless beauty treatment. I will work to close this unethical beauty scam down since poor people honestly thought they were only paying %.95 for shipping and the trial product was FREE...SHAME ON THEM-WHAT A HYPE...They only repay people who threaten to sue them..the rest of the profit is put into the CRIMINAL'S HANDS...
YOU ALL NEED TO WRITE A COMPLAINT AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARS STATEMENTS FOR HIDDEN BILLING...which is not even under their name...
Review: There was a pop up on my computer for duplicell eye therapy and a wrinkle cream. Both were a trial for $4.95 and $5.95. I read over the web page no where was there anything showing if I didn't send back would I be charges $89.95 and $85.95.
They charged that to my credit card. The credit card company and I called the merchant. They said it was on the web page explaining that. I told him there was nothing on it. He told me it was to late to send back and I had to pay it. Today April *, 2015 I called the company again. The man said they gave me a discount so therefore I waived the right to return cream. I did not get any discount and was ripped off $175.90. I had shut my credit card down. The man on the phone said there were three more charges they were attempting to put on my charge but my charge was declined. I did not order additional items. I would like my money returned back to the credit card. I did not ask for anything except the two trial bottles with a total of $10.00. This is a scam. Please help me.
[redacted]Desired Settlement: To have the $175.90 put back on my credit card.

[redacted] signed up for our 14 day Trial. By placing the Trial order [redacted] was shipped a 30 day supply of Duplicell P199 Face Therapy and Eye Therapy (just pay 5.95 and $4.95 for S&H). If she felt Duplicell didn't work for her, [redacted] had to call to cancel within 14 days from the day she purchased to avoid the purchase price of $89.95 and $85.95 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program. [redacted] did not do so. I have issued [redacted] a refund for one of her charges of $85.97 the refund Trans-ID is: [redacted] and the $89.95 charge was not refunded because she submitted a chargeback and has been credited that way. Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: I saw online an ad for a facial product and understood that the cost of the product would be around $12.00, so sent a request for the product using my debit card. In doing my bank statement today, I saw charges for $89.95 and $85.97 and was totally surprised, as I had not ordered anything but the samples, 1.05 oz. for the face cream and 0.5 fluid oz. for the eye cream. I called and spoke with a customer service representative who seemed to be having trouble with a slow computer, but finally acknowledged that I had agreed to buy the samples and if not satisfied, would send them back within 14 days. I informed her I had no idea that there was any such requirement, thinking that I was only purchasing the samples without any other responsibility. Then I asked to speak with her [redacted], who could have been the same customer service representative, although speaking faster. I relayed this concern to the [redacted], [redacted], who gave me instructions on how to get a refund: to use a 13-digit "RMA," place this number above the NY address for returning the product, get the tracking number from the post office and call the customer service number once again and relay that tracking number to them. Then they would send a refund after receiving the product.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund for the total expense, $175.72. When I call in the tracking number, will inform the respondent that I have notified the Revdex.com.
I did relay that I feel cheated in this transaction and asked if other calls such as this are typical, and [redacted] agreed that yes, there are calls such as this. I hope that others will not be duped in this way and believe this is an intentional, deceptive scam.

Review: I received the face and eye therapy on a trial basis and only pay 4.99 and 5.99 for shipping and handling. Then I found out you had to cancel the trial within 14 days to keep from being charged 175.00. I cancelled and sent the product back as was told by the representative that I talked to. I received my credit card bill the first month and only had shipping charges. After receiving my bill this month I have charges for $175.00 for those products on it which I returned. When I called Duplicell, I was told it had to be back in the warehouse in that fourteen day period and what I cancelled was only any future shipments. That was not to keep my credit card from being charged. How can you try the product and if not satisfied return it within fourteen days. I tried to explain that the other representative told me I only had to cancel within fourteen days and return the product and there would be no charges except for shipping. He would hear none of that. This company is EXTREMELY deceptive in their advertising. I followed all in instructions I was given only to have new criterias given. I would definitely like my money returned as promised.Desired Settlement: Money refunded and this company investigated for its hidden agendas

At this time, I have not been contacted by Duplicell regarding complaint ID [redacted].I left off the following information. The amount of the dispute is 85.97 and 89.95. I first spoke with a representative on April * and again on May **. Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: On 9/**/14 I ordered two (2) items that were advertised on [redacted] as "Free Trial" offers, with a minimal S&H required. My interpretation of 14-day trial was to understand I would be receiving a small trial-size amount, with the option to purchase a full size price IF I so chose to do so in the future. Imagine my surprise when I discovered on 10/**/14 that my bank account ststement indicated two charges: one in the amount of $89.95 and a second in the amount of $$85.97. I did not authorize these withdrawals from my account. When I called Duplicell to try and rectify, the most they would agree to was to cancel any future orders (Cancellation #[redacted]). After speaking to "[redacted]", my understanding was the charges were for the 14-day trial, which was advertised as free. When asked, he stated that no additional product(s) have yet been shipped. So basically I have been charged a total of $175.92 for product I have not received, nor am I interested in receiving. When no other assistance was offered except reiterance of what was clearly a script, I asked to speak to a [redacted], at which time I was placed on hold for an additional 15 minutes, with no one ever coming on the line. While I may have been in error for not reading the fine print in its entirety, Duplicell's customer service, or lack thereof, makes them appear to be shisters at best. I can just tell that I am definitely not the only one to encounter this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement of $175.92.
Review: My sister was contacted by this company to try a free sample of their product. She told them ,she did not have a computer but was told it made no difference. She was told all she had to do was pay shipping and handling. When they found out she had no computer they should have said sorry can't help you. They didn't and did not tell her about the return policy, said she could read it on line. Again she told them she had no computer. They gave a ###-###-#### number to call ,had me give them my email address, and still won't refund the money they took of her credit card, after she cancelled. Was talking to a [redacted] today, while 3 way with the gentleman from [redacted]. My sister wants something done asap, and her name and phone number are on the complaint form. I'm just the computer. Please call her anytime after 2:00pm your time. Thank you she can explain better.Desired Settlement: Complete refund

This e-mail is in regards to customer ID # [redacted]. [redacted] called our sales department on 5/*/15 and ordered our eye and face therapy trail. Our company doesn't call individuals to sale our product and we do not manufacture samples therefore [redacted] brother information is wrong. [redacted] did return the product but the return products were received 21 days passed policy therefore her refund was denied. I can see [redacted] might have been confused and because of that I have allowed the two refunds of $89.95 and $85.97 she will see the refunds on her credit card within 2 to 4 business days from today. Sincerely, [redacted], [redacted]
Review: I ordered 2 products online from this company. It stated in the ad that the products were free and I only had to pay shipping. I received the products, my credit card was charged the shipping (approximately $5.00) Then a week or 2 later, I notice my credit card is charged $89 US (about $104 Canadian). I called this company, telling them I did not want any more of their product and that I wanted a refund. I was willing to send back the new product. Apparently, I was not charged for a new product, I was actually charged for the "free trial" product. Apparently the free trial was not free at all, just that if I didn't complain within so many days, they would charge me for the product! I talked to my credit card company who stayed online with me while I requested this be refunded. The lady would not give me a full refund, but kept offering partial amounts to be credited. My banker stepped in and said well if you can offer a partial refund of $45.00 back, and 2 minutes later offer $59.00 back then you can offer more. She agreed to $67.00 back but would offer no more. I am so completely annoyed with this. I accepted the $67.00 refund because I was afraid I would get nothing back, but after researching the issue, I see I am not the only one who has had the same problem. I want a full refund of this bogus charge, this was not a free trial as I expected, it was a deferred payment. I feel very ripped of!Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund for the amount charged to my credit card, not a partial refund. I want it made VERY clear to consumers that it is a deferred charge, not a free trial. This is very misleading. It was supposed to be a free trial and I never agreed to any additional charges, except the original shipping charges.

The product was horrible!

Review: The company Duplicell does not specify that a 14 day trial period automatically will continue with monthly charges. They charged us for 4 month totaling almost $500.00 when I was only trying the product once. I did not agree to auto-deduct which is what they did from my checking account. This company takes advantage and lures people in. I contacted them and the manager [redacted] would not help us with any refund and said that the terms and conditions state that after the trial period they can auto deduct. This is a horrible way of doing business and unless you hire an attorney to read every bit of information company's like Duplicell Rob from regular people.Desired Settlement: Full refund except for one month trial period

Review: I saw an advertisement for Duplicell on either my email or [redacted] page. I clicked on it and read that a could try a sample (actually two different creams but I was only interested in one) for just the shipping and handling of $2.95. My credit card was charged 9/**/14 for $2.95. My credit
card was charged again 10/**/14 for $89.95. I just talked to the company and the woman told me that the $2.95 was just the handling, which I knew, but then I was supposed to send back the product if I didn't like it. That information was not in the advertisement. She said that the company
uses third party advertising companies and she was sorry that I misunderstood. I can't misunderstand information that isn't there. Also, why did she mention the third party? She quickly told me that she could offer me a 50% discount, but I told her that I did not want any more cream. I realized

Review: On my [redacted] page it showed an ad for "Free Wrinkle Creams", free samples of brand name creams that consumers could try that were brand name creams in a disguised pkg and name. Now that I write about it, I realize how ridiculous it sounds, but whatever. I bought into it.All one had to pay according to the site was the shipping and handling, which was reasonable. My first charge was for $6.77 ($5.98 US) on Sept. [redacted] and I received a pkg a week later with a night cream, wrinkle serum and small jar of cream called "Endure". It was just regular cream, did not do anything special, but it was not expensive, so fine, whatever. My son's girlfriend decided to order a trial as well on Sept. ** and was billed $2.95 US ($3.32 Can) for Endure, then again $5.98 US ($6.75 can) by Revlante in Los Angeles. I printed off a receipt which showed the company name was "Duplicell" but nothing further. She received the same set of 3 creams. Then, I received my [redacted] statement and my husband's and there were numerous charges from Endure Beauty, Revlante, Skin, etc. Sept. **, 2014 Endure Beauty $149.95 ($169.98 Can); Sept. ** Revlante Skin $89.95 ($102.53 Can); Oct. * SKIN $149.95 ($173.27 Can); Oct. * Revlante Los Angeles $89.95 ($103.94 Can). Who knows if further charges will ensue and it scares me. This is the first statement with charges. I tried calling them to cancel, tried to cancel online, sent numerous complaint emails to their customer service email, etc and have not heard or received anything from them. I have not received anything further from them other than the first trial but they keep charging me on my Visa. My only recourse would be to cancel both mine and my husband's [redacted] cards and re-apply which is ridiculous. I would like to know if there is any way to get my money back to get them to stop charging me. This is crazy and they keep changing the name. My receipt for the trial said Duplicell, the charges on the [redacted] are for Endure and Revlante and Skin.

My complaint still exists as in total I was charged multiple times for the product as both myself (billing name [redacted] as it was my husbands Visa) and my daughter in law [redacted] (billing name [redacted] as my Visa was used) were billed for this cream. Received to our address, 2015 -[redacted] were 2 kits containing a night cream, retinol gel and eye gel. Both kits were the same, one was for [redacted] and one was for [redacted]. All I expected to get charged for was the shipping and handling for each kit as indicated. The 5.98 charge on Sept. */14 to [redacted]'s Visa is correct and I understand that is owed as I agreed to pay this amount. The $2.95 and $3.95 on Oct. * charged to [redacted]'s Visa is also correct as I agreed to pay this amount online when I ordered the samples for [redacted]. All of the other charges were placed on our Visa's without our knowledge and I only became aware after the fact when the Visa statements came and the charges were already there. All of these companies, which are most likely operating as one, are operating under false pretences, giving the consumer the illusion that they are receiving a trial of the beauty kit (creams) to try or sample with only the shipping and handling to pay. No where did it state that these products were to be returned within a time period or that we would be charged if we kept and used them. No one would keep the product if they were aware of the totally outrageous prices they were charging for the products. It is absolutely and without a doubt 'FALSE ADVERTISING" and they should have their business license revoked immediately and shut down before they DUPE anymore consumers. I have no issue with you forwarding this email to them and I will not settle until I receive a full refund, except for the shipping and handling charges as indicated above which I did agree to when I ordered the samples. Thank you, please feel free to contact me at any time. I will do my best to respond in a timely manner, but may need more than the 6 day standard as things are not as quick as they used to be. Beware the the 14-day trial! They send a 30-day supply, and before you know it are charging your card for the 30-day supply and enrolling you and charging you for the recurring shipment program.
History:
I ordered a "free 14 day" trial, just requiring me to pay shipping and handling. I did not realize that the 14 day trial began when I ordered the products. I did not receive my product until day 13 after the order. By that time I had no chance to try the product. Because I did not cancel within 14 days, my credit card was charged for a 30-day supply and two days days later was charged for the recurring monthly program. The customer service number on the paperwork that arrived with my order did not work. I looked at the website and got a different phone number. That number worked, but there was not a selection to talk with a representative. I used that number to cancel my recurring shipments, but did not talk to someone. Finally I called the website phone number again and pressed "0" even though it was not an option. After a lengthy wait, I actually talked to someone who said that there was a money-back guarantee and gave me return authorization numbers to send the product back for a refund. I have not received a refund yet, hopefully they'll follow through.
I saw the products, face and eye therapy in an ad on [redacted]. Ordered and the Face Therapy caused my skin to peel off. I called to cancel in Jan’15 and then in March I received the Face Therapy again, and charged for it. When I called to ask why it was not cancelled, I was treated really badly to the point I had to raise my voice to be heard. My opinion, the product is not worth the customer service given to the buyers.
