This letter is in reference to customer [redacted]. [redacted] cancelled her auto-reorder after a new product had already been replenished and mailed. Our returns department received [redacted] return package on 9/**/13 and she was instantly refunded. Enclosed you will find a copy of the transaction report showing that a credit for $99.90 was placed on [redacted]'s credit card ending in [redacted].
Sorry for any inconveniance and thank you for your attention to this matter.
Review: I ordered a free sample from the facebook advistment. On the web site they said that it is free of charge, all I need to pay is a small shipping/postage fee only, also, it is safe, all products and beauty samples are available to you to try for free. I do not need to pay any money further.
I received the free sample after five days I ordered two free samples, but it didn't have any invoices in the package. then, I noticed the full charges CAD98.40 and CAD 103.77 for the sample on my credit card statement in Oct. 2014. So, I called their customer service at ###-###-#### and waited for a long time, I was told that my account would be cancelled within 14 days, and that no refund was available as I called after this 14 days limit. But these 14 days is court from the order date. I didn't have enough time to review the product before being charged.
My question is: (1) Your advisement said that it is a free samples for us to try, but why did you charge me the full price?
(2) I only agree to pay a shipping fee CAD2.25 and CAD4.56, why did Duplicell can automatically charge my credit card without my authorization?
I have learned an expensive lesson. NEVER order Duplicell free sample offer or buy anything that advertise on the internet.Desired Settlement: I want my full amount back. I want a refund check for CAD98.40 and CAD103.77

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
(I had two transactions, but, I only received one transaction for US$89.95 refunded into my MasterCard. I still wait for another one transaction for US$85.97 refund into my MasterCard. So, It's not been resolved)

Review: This company misleads. I was told all I would pay is $4.95 service charge & would have 14 days trial period to try this product. I talked to [redacted] on 1-**-16 & asked her specifically if the 14 days was from that day or the day I received the product & she told me the day I receive product. I received the product on 1-**-16 & tried a small amount & cannot use it as I am allergic to it. They charged my account with $89.95 on 2-*-16. I was not told I had to pay for this trial product nor was I given 14 days before I was charged. I called (2-**-16) & canceled any future orders then (2-**-16) I saw the charge on my account & immediately called their customer service & was told there was nothing they could do because I canceled through their computer system yesterday. They same as lied to me & stole my money I feel like.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund for this product & I will gladly send it back if they want it.

I received notification on 2-**-16 that the amount of 89.95 was refunded to my account but as of today 02-**-16 it is not in my account yet. Their e mail states that refunds usually take 48 - 72 hours, but that may vary by bank. If funds have not been credited in 72 hours of this email I may call with questions. I will call them tomorrow morning if my account does not show the refund. The weekend may not count.

This letter is in reference to [redacted]. [redacted] ordered a Duplicell P199 14 day trial of a 30 day supply of eye Therapy over the internet on May **, 2014. The initial payment for the shipping and handling was $6.97, which is a non-refundable charge. Our mutual customer has a full understanding of the trial offer and understands that the first 14 days of the 30 day supply you are not charged because that is the review period and after the 14 day trail period expired the customer will be billed for the eye therapy if and only if the customer hasn't contact us to inform us they weren't happy with the product and would like to return the product in order to avoid being charged.Terms and conditions of the trial are on the website. She has not contacted Duplicell to cancel recurring charges or request a refund, which would be granted if returned within 30 days after date of receipt. I have canceled all recurring charges and also have issue a credit to the customer credit card even though [redacted] failed to contact us or return the product. The refund transaction number is: [redacted] and the amount of the refund is $85.97.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Review: online on 3/**/15 I decided to pay a fee of less than $10.00 for a sample of a product. then the company charged me $89.95 on 4/** and $94.90 on 5/**. on 5/** or 5/**/15 I received in the mail another box from this company. because I had ordered nothing else, I called to find out what was going on. I was told that because I did not call the company before a particular date to cancel (something not presented in the advertisement--to my knowledge), I would automatically be sent a sample of the product once a month and charged once a month as well. I think the charge is unreasonable for skin care. I was told if I returned the last (unopened) box to the company, $94.90 would be refunded to me. I was told there is no way I will receive a refund of $89.95. I then called my credit union which will send me complaint forms to fill out.Desired Settlement: a refund of $184.85 total.
if the company does send me $94.90 after it receives the unopened box. then I want $89.95 for the money charged me on 4/**/15.
otherwise I want $184.85 total.
Review: I was told that I was getting a free trail of the eye and face cream and if I didn't cancel I would be charged the full price of the product. When I received the product I called to cancel my subscription and was told I could pay a discounted fee and keep the products I had or send them back at my own expense. This was not in the terms and conditions and should be explained at the time of the order.Desired Settlement: Change the terms and conditions to explain the return procedure correctly.
Review: I ordered what I thought was a sample skin cream that would cost me the shipping ONLY, and that if I didn't cancel would be auto-shipped. I was also automatically charged shipping for an eye cream, which I did not order. There was NO listing of the cost of the products when they were listed on the website. Had there been, I would NEVER have ordered a sample of it, as it is very expensive. I only found out the cost of the products when they came, not before. I called the number listed to cancel when they came. It was automated and told me they would cancel me but I would be charged $42.71 for what was sent to me! I had to call a different number to cancel the eye cream and talked to a man who told me I was NOT sent samples and I would have to send back the product and that I had already agreed to paying the $42.71 for the skin cream! It was an AUTOMATED response to wanting to be cancelled!! I did not agree to being charged, only to being cancelled.Desired Settlement: I want to have the $42.71 removed from my credit card and no further charges. I will send back the product and want nothing more to do with them, except to have them listed as having very bad advertising practices with no disclosure of what they really are about.

Review: My bank account was fraudulently charged for products from Duplicell ( AKA Dupliskin).
I have never ordered any product from this company. I have never authorized this company to seek any type of payment from my bank.
When I first contacted this company, I was asked to email copies of my bank statement showing the charges, I did so. They never contacted me back after I sent the email.
I continued to call, and email. I would get my calls sent to a generic voicemail and my calls would never be returned. I continued to email over and over and over, etc. Finally a woman named "Christine" or "Christina" replied ( very rude) asking what I wanted from her. I replied with how my bank account was charged and it must of been a mistake like 1 of their customer service employees probably switched 1 number from an actual customer of theirs, and could they please refund the monies. she didn't respond back, so I continued to resend the email until she did. She said she can't help me because I have NO proof that it was an error. I informed her that when I called Duplicell the customer service rep that ansered the phones first asked for my zip code, so that they could easily find my information in the computer ( like if I was a customer) but that each time I have called, not one of those customer service reps could locate ANY of my information in their computer data..PROVING that I am not a customer of theirs, again asking that the monies be returned to my bank account. I was informed that that is not proof and the call was ended by Christine or Christina.
I called and called and never received any calls back.
So I was forced to notice the Revdex.com ( before this ). the last I was notified was that the Revdex.com was informed by this company that I had returned the product to Duplicell and demanded a full return but that I had used too much of the product. BUT that is 100 % untrue. I have never received any product from this company so I could not have returned any thing to this company.
I know how easy it is to look up any person by name and locate their address information and then enter that information into a computer so it appears that someone would be considered a customer.
This company is not accredited by the Revdex.com for a reason- that is that this company operates on a very low level of truth.Desired Settlement: the monies that they collected unlawfully to be returned into my bank account

I was able to locate the customer’s record because I contacted her daughter and requested the last 4 of the customer’s credit card number. My customer service agent's weren't able to find the customer’s record because the first name, customer address, and e-mail provided was incorrect and in fact her daughter’s phone number and e-mail. I spoke with the customer's daughter and she was very rude and nasty. I attempted to help her but she was fixated on the fact she felt her mother didn’t order the product even after she agreed the information we had in our records (address, name, and email) we had was correct. I have refunded all charges but one which was the original charge of $89.95 because the customer still lived at the address at that time. Sincerely, Customer Service Manager,Robert
Review: I ordered a trial of the Duplicell Face Therapy product (Sept. **/14 order# [redacted]) with the understanding that it was a 30 day trial and if I do not want to continue the product, that I need to contact the company within 30 days to cancel further shipments. When I received the product (Oct. */14), the receipt said I needed to return the product within 30 days with a "authorization number" and that the product costs $89.95/month. I immediately called at [redacted] Oct. */14 and left a voice message stating that I want to cancel any further shipments and that I would like to return my product; I did not realize that it costs $89.95/month. I never received a response, so I called again Oct. **/14 and spoke with a lady who cancelled my order (order # [redacted]) and sent me a confirmation e-mail. The lady said the product was already paid for so I did not have to return the product even though I told her that I had a letter saying that I did have to return the product with an "authorization number".
I thought the problem was solved until I received my Credit Card statement on Nov. **/14 saying that the company charged me on Oct. **/14 $103.73 Canadian ($89.95 U.S.). I again immediately called the company and spoke with [redacted] ([redacted] in the [redacted]) who told me that I only had 14 days to return the product. After arguing with him about the 14 vs. 30 days, I said that I would find my letter/receipt and call back. I checked the company's website and their "full money back guarantee" as well as my receipt say that I have 30 days to cancel. I called Duplicell again today (Dec. */14) and spoke with a girl named [redacted]...she argued with me over the phone and would not put anyone else on the phone who would help me so I got upset and said that I will be contacting the Revdex.com because I know that I am not the only one who has a complaint about this issue. Also, today when I called the phone number on my receipt (###-###-####) it says that it is not accepting calls from private numbers. The other phone number I have for the company does still work ###-###-#### which is the number I used today to speak with [redacted].Desired Settlement: Full refund on my credit card including appropriate exchange rate.

This letter is in regards to [redacted]. [redacted] called customer service a few different times and each time [redacted] was claiming a different reason why she was entitled to a refund even after she was pasted the refund policy. Finally the call was given to me the manager and I decided to give [redacted] a full refund and allow her to keep the product. Enclosed you will find the transaction detail for the refund:12/**/2014 [redacted] By [redacted] Customer Service - Refunded - $89.95 Trans-ID: [redacted]?
Review: I originally participated in a "free product" promotion on [redacted]. I received the products having paid only for shipping. On about November [redacted], about 1 month after I received my "free product", I received a 30 day monthly supply of eye therapy. The receipt showed a payment of $89.92 having been deducted from my bank account. Upon further checking, the company also deducted $92.90 for 30 day monthly face therapy which I had not yet received. I called customer service and explained I wanted a refund for both products which I did not order and which were exorbitantly expensive. The woman told me I had agreed to automatic monthly shipments, but agreed to remove me from that list. She never mentioned she did not intend to refund my money. I called back and explained to someone that I wanted my money refunded and that I was sending the product. The man gave me two Return Merchandise Authorization numbers which would indicate I was given permission to return. He explained that the company would have to be in possession of the product before they would refund my money. I tracked the package and once delivered, I called the company again. The person I spoke to indicated they had received the product and I should have my money in two weeks. That was in December or early January. It is clear to me that no one I speak at this company is directed to tell the truth. They now have both products unused and my money.Desired Settlement: I adamantly would like for this company to refund $182.82 to me and remove my information from their servers.

They received it on April [redacted], At the time they were to refund the the price of the product which is $89.95. It is now the end of May and I have not received this credit back to my account. Review: I responded to an ad offering a free trial of their skin and eye product and would only be required to pay the shipping charges which I did via my mastercard. I was shocked to learn that on my next mastercard statement I have been charged for the full amount of these two products.($89.95 and $85.97 U.S) I was not aware that I had to return the products if I did not want to be charged the full price of these two products. Review: Got this company's advertising link on Facebook that was sent to me by a friend. It said free samples so, on 10/**/14, I signed up knowing that I will just be charged for a minimal S&H fee of US$3.95 for Duplicell eye therapy and US$3.32 for Duplicell face therapy. The products came but not in trial sizes as what I expected. In using that link at the time I signed up, I don't remember reading anything about application of full charges upon continuous use of the products. I just answered a bunch of questions about skin problems and their recommended products. I haven't got the chance to use the products yet because I was thinking there was an error in the shipment (getting full sizes as samples?!!). I was being cautious but then when I got my credit card bill I was astounded to find out that I was already charged for an authorized transaction in the amount of US$85.97 (CND$96.76) for the stuff! I called their customer support line to get instructions on how to return the products and get a refund but the rep tells me she can't give me a refund anymore as I was already over their return policy period which I wasn't even aware of. What she just did was cancel my account to stop any future orders and gave me my cancellation number which left me feeling so disgusted and dissatisfied. Their posted ad from my source all appeared so deceptive and was offered in false pretense. I can see that I wasn't the only one who got misled by their advertising strategy. The products they sent are still intact and I didn't even open them. I am ready to mail their products back and I would like a full refund please. But the rep would not give me instructions to do that. She even made a sarcastic suggestion of just giving it out as a Christmas gift.
I can tell that I am not the only one who demands rectification of this matter. I am not paying attention to these kind of advertisements ever.Desired Settlement: Their advertisements, wherever they post it, should be totally transparent and clear to all. Stop posting misleading offers!

I called the company and get [redacted] again and I tell her my debit card was charged illegally because they had received their product with in the time allotted and that the account was closed. I asked her why would they debit my account when I had done all of the requirements so as not to be charged. She did not have an answer all she said was that they have issued a refund. I had my banking instution on the line and the banker asked her asked her what was the onfirmation for the refund and she could not give it all she said was here is the confirmation that we called [redacted] and that she told us that there was a refund credited back to me which neither my banking institution nor I see any information pertaining to a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like shipping charges refunded to me since my bank will be following up with a claim for tje $69.95 money that was taken out of my account without my authorazation for all of my valuable time wasted for their illegal actions also I want to know why they debit my account after it was closed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This company has cast aspersion on my credibility and my character!. I had called and talked to their employee [redacted] a week and a half before the the trial period ended telling her that I was canceling before the trial period ended because it was not benefiting me NOT because I did not have enough money in my account as this company is trying to say. Further more their employee [redacted] told me to call back after I sent te product back to give them the tracking number and to make sure they received their product back. When I called back to make sure they had received the product and I was told and assured again by their employee [redacted] that they had receive the product and my account would not be debited because the trial period had not ended and they had received the product and there was nothing else I needed to do because my account was now closed. A week later I my statemnt comes and there is a pending debit of the amount in dispute so I called and was told again by their employee [redacted] that she do not know why there is a pending debit and if it goes through it would take 10-15 daysto reverse the charges. The next day I called my bank Chase and got them involved because I did not understand how a company can still charge you for a product when adbided by their terms for the trial period and return. So when Chase and I on the line spoke to their employee [redacted] he asked the same question why I was debited she could not answer. The reason I contacted the Revdex.com because companies do not have the right to continue with their unfair business practice. I was offended because they had continued to charge me when I no longer had the product and return it well before the trial period ended. Since this company will not own up to their misdealings I want the money for the postage that I paid to returnen their product and an apoligy for how I have been treated.

Response:
[redacted] was only charged because we had not received her return product. When [redacted] return package was received she was issued an instant refund credit. We explained to [redacted] why she charged and our explanation wasn't good enough for her because she proceeded to demand we pay the return postage; we don't provide return labels and we don't issue payment checks for the products to be return to us. If [redacted] would have return the product within the 14 day time period she would have not been charged and she was still refunded even though she was past our refund policy.
Sincerely,
Consumer
Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[our Answer Here]
The response from the business is unjustified because when I called the company to see if they had received their products back I was told by their employee [redacted] any that they had received it back I even asked was I within the time period for returns because I knew I was but I wanted to make sure., the employee said yes and I asked so this account T is closed and she said yes and I repeated my question so that means my card will no longer be debuted she said yes. SO I want to know how can a company you continue to say I was in the wrong when their employee told me I had followed all of their requirements. Also how can a company continue to debit a consumer credit card when I as the consumer sent their products back they received their products in the allotted time the account was close but a week later after they have their product and the account closed and they do not have authority to debit an account they still do. Again for the unfair business practices this company has shown me and the way [redacted] is portraying me out to be a LIAR, and the time have spent on this matter because this company refuses to admit their wrongness and unfair business practices I want the shipping return postage it cost me.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

However, the send you the product and it takes one week to get it so you don't have the 14 days to try it or the 30 days to get a refund. On the 14th day from your order date, they charge your account bank account $89.95. When you call to complain about it on the 14th day, they say that you did not cancel it at precisely the same time as when you called in your order. Therefore, if you are a couple of hours late in cancelling, you have to pay the full price of the product, $89.95. They also said that they will not refund the money until you call and give them the tracking number to prove that it had been mailed. However, when you call to let them know the tracking number, you are told that they cannot refund your money until it gets to the warehouse. Consequently, they use your money from the 14th day until they have to pay you the refund. I haven't called yet to see if they will say after it reaches the warehouse, you must wait another period of time to get the refund processed. All in all it looks like a scam by this company to make money from the unsuspecting person wanting to try their product and trusting them to be honest and reasonable. They appear to only want to make money off the unsuspecting shopper.Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded promptly and a penalty paid for misleading statements made by different reps of the company which cost me shipping charges and bank charges for overages. This is not an honest company even if they have a good product.

Review: From a very unsatisified customer. I tried the free trial of Duplicell 199 and eye therapy over a month ago and found that it did not agree with my skin type. I called [redacted] at the Duplicell customer care center at ###-###-#### and she cancelled my auto ship and told me there would be no charges to my account. She did not offer me a RMA# to return the product. Duplicell has charged my credit card $89.95. I have made 3 calls to supervisors and the customer care center. No one has any record of me or ever ordering Duplicell. My order # was [redacted]. Not only that, the first lady I spoke to was mean, nasty and hung up on me. I would like to make a huge complaint against this company because I don’t they are reputable.Desired Settlement: They need to change their customer service procedures.

Review: On February **, 2015, from a TV advertisement, I ordered a Free Trial of Duplicell's Eye Treatment and Face Therapy, paying only Shipping and Handling for a total of $10.90. No where was I advised that Duplicell would automatically withdraw from my account on February **, 2015, $89.95 and $85.97 on February **, 2015, for a total of $175.92. They stole $175.92 from me. When I called Duplicell this morning after finding out what they had done, the Customer Service man said that I had to return the Free Trial products and any future shipments to them to get a refund of my money. I have put a Stop Payment on them at my bank, but I need my money back immediately to survive this month financially. They are thieves. Don't do business with them.Desired Settlement: I want Duplicell to deposit back into my banking account monies in the amount of $175.92 immediately which they stole from me. And what about the $10.90 I paid to get their products that I have to buy more postage for to return to Duplicell.
