cancel within 14 days from the day she purchased to avoid the purchase price of $89.95 and $85.95 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program. [redacted] did not do so. If fact [redacted] or [redacted] hasn't returned the products or even contacted us in regards to there order and charges. I have issued [redacted] a refund for all of her charges.The following are the traction numbers and amounts:

[redacted] was only charged because we had not received her return product. When [redacted] return package was received she was issued an instant refund credit. We explained to [redacted] why she charged and our explanation wasn't good enough for her because she proceeded to demand we pay the return postage; we don't provide return labels and we don't issue payment checks for the products to be return to us. If [redacted] would have return the product within the 14 day time period she would have not been charged and she was still refunded even though she was past our refund policy.

Although Duplicell has stated that they have issued a refund, as of yet I have not seen this supposed refund. I have been waiting so as not to erroneously say that they falsified their response. Because of their scam my bank account was overdrawn and [redacted] closed my account. If they tried to send a refund to that account it does not exist any longer. One Nevada advises me that no checks of any type have been sent to my former account. I would like you to reopen my complaint until such time as Duplicell actually refunds the money which they stated they were going to do or did. As you recall, Duplicell stated that they sent the products as well as billed my account. No product was ever delivered and no money has been received.

She agreed she was responsible for her 4/**/15 charges for the face and eye therapy trials, she then demanded refunds for the May and June charges I told her that if the jars were closed she would be able to receive a refund, she informed me they May jars were open and used. I told her I couldn’t refund her because for the May charges because the product was used. I agreed to allow her to be refunded for her June shipment and that she had 30 days to return it, and it is now 7/*/15 no return product has been received.
