Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As can be illustrated by the response written by the manager at dumbo in poor English they are not clear comminicating their terms and conditions, I would have never agreed to paying almost dollars for an in state move that is miles from apartment ( including storage ) their competitors have given me much more reasonable pricing I live on social security checks and don't have the luxury to spent that much money , I am also disabled and I asked for face to face assistance and asked the guys that came to my apartment to draw a contract for me with an all inclusive price If they have shown me a price with the move in and love out fee clearly ( without taking advantage of my disability and my age and not add terms at the end of the contract with small letters ) I would never agree to 2700+1900+fees , in addition all contracts and all my furniture was done under my friends name and not my name which makes this transaction void and which shows the level of unprofessionalism and quality of the services The storage in Newark was explained to me as a clean and safe place to store my antique furniture It is a disgusting facility if it was shown and explained to me I would have never authorized this transaction In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
